Disappointing stay lack of basic amenities and comfort.
Pros:

Location and the staff was nice .

Cons:

Accessibility: No elevator available (On 4th Floor ).

Amenities: No refrigerator in the room, which was inconvenient for storing drinks/food.

Room Quality: The window was frosted glass, meaning there was zero view and limited natural light.

Comfort: The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable, leading to back pain the next morning.

Pros:

After being here for 40 nights, an incredible experience, rooms are modern and clean, the area is quiet so you can rest perfectly and the couple owning the hotel are so nice and welcoming, they will definitely make you feel at your home. Also they have 2 lovely dogs so lovely and nice so for animal lovers this is definitely your place to be at Da nang.

Generally, we’ve loved staying at this hotel, we haven’t noticed how fast time flies, it’s just in 10 minutes from the b
Pros:

We like the design and how the hotel arranges the space of the rooms and we saw a great improvement over the month we’ve lived there, they now got a table and a chair in every room so you could make your own work space inside, they also got some lovely dogs and a cat at the reception and they always happy to help you out with every question you have and also they got their own laundry in their other hotel nearby and you could ask them about it, it’s free of charge!

Cons:

However there’re still some things I’d like to mention to improve them for the hotel (important to say that they’re improving and developing at it), first of all please try to get rid of the some moldy spots you got in some rooms and the damp smell and humidity that the rooms got from the back side of the building, and some rooms got some issues with the lights but the same time I’ve mentioned that they’ve started working on it and please put another trash bin not only in the bathroom, it would help a lot 😂

Pros:

The staff was very sweet and it was the most pet friendly place I've stayed in in Vietnam. The vibe and atmosphere of the house in its entirety was very nice and calming.

Cons:

location was a little far from the central but it was okay for me because I just needed a quiet place to stay for one week.
