I had such a fun and memorable stay at this hotel in My Dinh! The place is very clean, modern, and comfortable, but honestly, what made my experience special was the night shift receptionist. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and had such a warm smile that made me feel welcome every time I walked in late at night. We had a few nice chats, and he always made sure everything was perfect for me. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely kind and attentive. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip—I'll be back for sure!

The location is also very convenient, especially for business travelers, as it is close to many large companies and several shopping centers where you can easily find restaurants, cafés, and stores. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you want a clean and well-located hotel in Hanoi.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room and bathroom were quite large and very clean. The hotel itself was close to good restaurants and other shops and a 5 minute taxi from My Dinh bus station. Would chose again!

What I appreciated most was the location—right next to the Sheraton and very close to the sports complex, stadium, and athletics facilities. It was convenient both for exploring the city and for attending events nearby. Overall, a quiet and pleasant base in Hanoi

The location is extremely convenient and easy to get around. It’s only about 300 meters from the National Stadium, the Sports Palace, and the main sports area, which was perfect for my plans. There’s a VinMart right at the entrance of the alley, along with plenty of nearby restaurants, cafés, and bars. Being close to the Sheraton area was also a nice bonus. Getting to the Old Quarter took just around 15 minutes, making this a great base for exploring the city without feeling too crowded.

As an American traveler, I felt very well taken care of during my stay. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They spoke both English and Chinese fluently, which made communication easy and smooth. Anytime I needed assistance or had questions, they were quick to help with a great attitude. This level of service really made my stay comfortable and stress-free.

I’m a billiards player and really like this place. There are many pool clubs around, even a big one right next to the stadium. The hotel is also super close to the indoor arena, so it’s very convenient for matches.
