Not as good as we hoped
Pros:

No doubt a great location, in the heart of BGC. The housekeeper was super helpful and did all she could to sort out the problems we had

Cons:

The plumbing! It is unacceptable that in what is a modern building in arguably the most advanced district of Manila, to find the toilets block and there are so many restrictions that even toilet tissue cannot go in the toilet. I have been visiting the Philippines for 35 years. I've stayed in the best districts and more basic provincial places. It is not normal in the better areas of the big cities to have this kind of problem. I find that unacceptable

Unpleasant stay!

The view!

Cons:

AC is leaking during our first day, on the second day AC maintenance came to fix the two AC and asked us the payment, I mean why we pay? I told the guy to contact those people who contacted them. After few minutes one staff came to check and wanted to change the Netflix password but she don’t know how to do it then after few minutes again another staff came. The inconvenience that caused to us, kids are playing at the hallway, garbage collector is screaming and ringing our doorbell every morning to collect the garbage! So frustrating!
