A Sterling Memory: Love That Never Fades
Pros:

We recently spent two nights in Niagara Falls with my spouse of 32 years, who is battling terminal cancer. Knowing our time together on this earth is limited, we wanted to take a small, meaningful getaway. We chose to celebrate Valentine’s Day a little early and stayed at Sterling Inn & Spa.
It was truly one of the best experiences we have ever had. The room was incredible, the staff were remarkable, and every detail made our stay feel special and comforting during such a tender time in our lives.
We have already recommended the Inn to our family and friends. Thank you for giving us such a beautiful memory when we needed it most. Room 107 will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Darren & Brian

Great location, with breakfast included, in a clean and comfortable setting.
Pros:

I loved my room- I was upgraded to a King suite and it was so roomy, yet comfy. Breakfast was included and it was promptly delivered to my room at the time chosen. I had to be out early, so I appreciated that 7am was an option. It was tasty, had lots of variety and options for whatever I woke up feeling like.
The bathroom was spacious and well stocked.

A wonderful discovery!
Pros:

It was very clean. The customer service was exceptional! We had a pleasant surprise upon arrival of breakfast in bed to schedule at the time of our liking for the next morning. It was also a very short walk to nice restaurants, activities and the beautiful Niagara Falls. I would definitely recommend it!

Cons:

They need recycle bins in the room.

I would recommend Sterling Inn and Spa to my friends.
Pros:

We liked the choices of the included breakfast served to the room, the large size of the room, the spa service and the AG restaurant. Everything was great.

Cons:

Probably, an indoor pool would give this place an excellent grade.
