Loved everything about our stay. Staff was informative, nice and pleasant to deal with.
Pros:

Loved everything about our stay. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed because of flooding, herd great things about it. But obviously understandable.

Cons:

Not much not to like.

Affordable comfort with a touch of luxury.
Pros:

Inside the hotel was quiet and room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The steam shower was amazing. Breakfast was good - I enjoyed it, but it was not my partner's favorite. Consisted of a boiled egg, yogurt, a croissant, juice. The next morning was a mini-quiche instead of boiled egg. He would have preferred like a scrambled egg and toast option.

Cons:

The location was basically behind the Clifton Hill madness - just a dirty busy area that is not my vibe. That being said, you can walk down to the falls area - but it is a little hike. Understanding that you pay a price for convenience - this hotel was a good price for everything you received once inside. Staying in the "nice" hotel area (Hilton, etc) would have been double the price.

The hotel people were friendly and attentive. the property needs updating and care taken to details
Pros:

Breakfast was good and they accommodated dairy free

Cons:

The furniture was banged up, walls needed paint touch ups, and the shower had large cracks in the tile and require replacing. The toilet handle was not secured properly

Definitely the place to stay!
Pros:

Room was awesome! Breakfast amazing! Staff are always so nice and helpful to ensure you have what you need. We always look forward to our stay at Sterling Inn.

Cons:

We have stayed here many times now but this time was the first experience where our bed was too firm to sleep on (we have had a different room each time). However, the staff were great in making sure we got a mattress topper for our second sleep. The bed was still firm but it did help enough so we could have a better sleep.

Friendly, clean, and comfortable. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed.
Pros:

Friendly staff, spacious room, everything was super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast brought to the room was also very nice. Overall one of the best places I’ve ever stayed.

Pros:

Loved the breakfast in bed, the huge room, steam shower. Our requests were taken care of immediately.
