La habitación que me dieron, increíble todo

Items were stolen out of my car from their parking lot.
Breakfast was pretty good. High protein kept me full for an extended part of the day. Loved the steam shower. The cleanliness and comfort of the facility and our room.
Staff was noisy during cleaning time. Last day of visit our visit we were awakened by construction in the unit next door. 8:45am. Called front desk and they were to take care of it. At 10:30 am construction started again. Banging through the walls. In the shower and the wall connecting where our bed was. That made me angry because they had to know we had not checked out because our do not disturb sign was posted on our door.
The room was large,as was the bathroom.
The mattress was horrible. My husband and I kept sliding to the middle. Worst night for sleep. At 4:00 am. I moved to the couch. It was stable but since I have issues with my knees it was a painful night.
Beautiful room. I was upgraded when the staff realized that I celebrated my birthday. I got a very nice room with Jacuzzi.

It was very noisy at night. We had room 222, on the second floor. There was a lot of noise during the night, plus the rain was pounding hard on the roof. We didn't sleep all night, and our wedding anniversary was ruined. I will never book a room at this hotel again.
Rooms were large, steam shower in bathroom was awesome! Location was easy walk to restaurants and falls. Didn’t eat at restaurant but had fabulous cocktail!
Paid $18 to park and then realized lot across street charged $5 (off season)
The suite was huge !....lots of space...the aroma in the room was pleasant .. not overpowering (chemical) smell like we've experienced in other establishments ! Breakfast was a reasonable balance and enough to keep you satiated till lunch time. Overall we had a good stay and would come back again ( this was our second stay ).
Can't really say we found any faults on our stay
The policy no where says that you can’t check in if you are under 21. And when you arrive they pop up with the thing that you can’t check in as you aren’t 21 or older which is like ridiculous
This was a really fantastic hotel. The room was beautiful with a jacuzzi tub. The fireplace in the room and reception was lovely and cosy.
Breakfast in the room was also a nice touch.
The staff were so friendly and helpful.
The location was perfect. A short walk to the falls and nearby bars and restaurants.

The room was very big, the bed big and comfortable, great shower. But the most noteworthy thing was probably the breakfast, delicious and served in your room at the desired time. Highly recommended!

It’s a good location, walkable to the falls, restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff were all courteous, helpful and friendly. The jacuzzi tub was incredible and the breakfast delivered to the door was delicious.
Parking is expensive at $18.00/day plus tax.
