Fabulous
Pros:

I loved the service and the warm welcome. The suite was so cozy and comfortable. I literally didn’t want to leave. The staff were very polite.

I will be back. Again… and again…. And again….
Pros:

Very clean. The best hospitality I’ve ever had at any establishment and I travel a lot! Staff went above and beyond. Canada, I love you!

Cons:

If I had to say what I didn’t like was there is no view. That’s no fault of anyone’s. They make up for it with everything else.

the sterling inn and spa seems willing to become the 'boutique' hotel of choice in niagara falls.
Pros:

room - awesome. some came to re=adjust blinds to function properly. i enlisted front desk to turn on fireplace. a discreet sheet of instructions for TGV and fireplace. two tvs and two remotes were difficult to summons in sync.

refreshed room each day . perfect. a nightly turn-down service would elevate the hotel's * rating and guest satisfaction.

Breakfast - pastry/jam; yoghurt; granola; fruit, protein (hard cooked egg) plus OJ and french press coffee. delivered at requested hour masterful.

Cons:

where and tear on some furniture very noticeable. a room by room maintenance program reporting system would eliminate this blemish. same goes for the front desk area. i was distracted by similar blemish waiting to be checked-in. this is the first chance for guests to experience Sterling. having a noticeable fault at here - akin to a soup drop on your tie.
