It was good
Pros:

Comfortable, clean

Cons:

100% digitale
I might not meet or see any body just via telephone, above all the most couldn’t speak English therefore I should wait long time to get answers

Cons:

There was no one to receive us. And they messaged later saying that I needed to pay for cleaning more that the actual room cost. And that was not described in the booking reservation. This all through messages. I ended up cancelling it because it was way more than my budget. And no one was there so I could have help with solutions. The good thing was they understood the situation and cancelled it without charge.

Room a bit small & toilet should have some hooks for towel & clothings!

Exceptional apartment - would definitely return.
Pros:

The apartment was exceptionally clean, and very well equipped. Although not a huge space, we had everything we needed to cook a meal and be comfortable. There were small supermarkets and some nice restaurants in easy walking distance, and central San Jose was easy to get to.

Cons:

Nothing - everything was good. Checkout time at 10am was a little early for us, but we were allowed to stay in the communal areas til we were ready to leave so it was no problem.
