Schöne Anlage, schlechte Betten
Pros:

Schöner großer Balkon mit Blick bis zum Meer. Traumhafter Garten mit ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen um den Pool

Cons:

Leider sehr durchgelegenen Matratzen in den Betten, die dringen erneuert werden müssen! in diesem Hotel leider mit Abstand am schlechtesten in dem ganzen Urlaub geschlafen. Trotz Beanstandung wurde die Matratze leider nicht gewechselt. No go, wenn der Gast das bemängelt. Handtuchwechsel leider auch nur gegen Aufpreis, was auch nicht geht

O sitio certo para descansar longe da confusão mas ao mesmo tempo perto de tudo!
Pros:

Era tudo muito bom e com muita qualidade,a maioria dos produtos eram caseiros e fazia a diferença!
Recomendo a granola, a pastelaria e as frutas frescas

Overall what we expected. Service and staff and cleanliness were excellent
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Evening meals were on the whole disappointing. Room cleaning was excellent. Location was excellent. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Le cadre champêtre avec la vue sur les collines alentour,
Les Installations de fitness avec vue panoramique.

Cons:

Le prix du séjour trop élevé pour les prestations offertes,
La rigidité des prestations: tout est encadré et la moindre demande donne lieu à un supplément..
La construction des maisons sommaire (menuiserie en pvc, porte frottant sur le sol, poussoirs des toilettes branlants, etc...)

El entorno y el personal

Cons:

Las toallas se cambian a criterio del personal, en cuatro días no se cambiaron.
Hubo piedritas en el suelo que duraron toda la estancia, es decir si barrieron la habitación no fue de forma muy efectiva.
El lavabo, grifo y algún otro utensilio estaban sueltos.
La relación calidad /precio del restaurante es media.

Herrlich zum entspannen. Abendessen aber außerhalb.
Pros:

Der Blick und die gepflegte Außenanlage und der Pool war fantastisch. Außerdem die Dame vom Frühstück und die Dame vom Empfang total nett.

Cons:

Die Handtücher vom Bad werden nur alle 3 Tage gewechselt. Guter Nachhatigkeitsgedanke. Bitte dann aber auch genug Haken zum Aufhängen anbringen. Wir hatten nur 2 insgesamt. Wasserkaraffe auf dem Zimmer könnte jeden Tag aufgefüllt werden, genauso wie Kaffee und Zucker. Kleine Geste, große Wirkung. Dass das Restaurant extra organisiert ist und nicht zum Hotel gehört ist ein wenig unpraktisch. Man muss immer dort gleich bezahlen. Frühstück war völlig ok, aber Abendessen erfüllt nicht die Erwartungen. Kein angemesssenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Hatten aber ein Auto und waren in 15min in Tavira.

Decepcion. Precio muy alto para ñla calidad y limpieza.
Pros:

Los jardines y las vistas están bien. Tambien el hecho de que tenga algunos detalles como una granja para niños.

Cons:

Me esperaba otra categoría de hotel. Se paga a precio de hotel de lujo y tanto las habitaciones, tamaño y sobre todo, limpieza es bastante mediocre. Parece más un hotel rural.

В номере был запах канализаций после приёма душа!пару раз обращались к персоналу не чего не помогло !на 4 звезды не дотягивает! Подушки не удобные! Муравьи повсюду!в ресторане персонал в наглую требуют чаевые только наличными! Но вообщем само место не плохое!

Pros:

Espaço familiar bonito bem cuidado e muito seguro.
Apropriado para familias com crianças.
Piscina de qualidade, com bom espaço envolvente.
Quartos espaçosos todos com vista para a piscina
Pequeno almoco de qualidade.

Cons:

Em momentos de picos de utilização do espaço reservado ao pequeno almoço, notasse alguma falta de pessoal.

Hotel estupendo en plena naturaleza
Pros:

Magnifico desayuno, muy buena ubicación en medio de la naturalez a unos 15 o 20 min de la playa . estupendas vistas. HAbitación amplia y agradable con bonita terraza. Piscina muy agradable.

Cons:

Nuestra habitacion tenia ventana en el baño, pero solo permite una pequeña apertura. Sería bueno que abriera totalmente para poder hacer ventilación cruzada y no necesitar el aire acondicionado en noches calurosas.
