Very bad experience
Cons:

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at Dundar Hotel & Spa. The hotel advertises itself as newly renovated, but the reality was completely different.

The first room we were given was extremely dirty, with damaged wallpaper, dust on the furniture, stained bed linen, and a bathroom that had clearly not been properly cleaned or disinfected. The grout was covered in black mould, and the sink and taps were dirty. After reporting this to reception, we were shown a second room, which was in almost identical condition, with dirty bedding, damaged wallpaper, rusty bathroom fittings, and even a missing shower door.

At that point we lost all confidence in the hotel’s hygiene standards. The staff were unfriendly, did not apologise, and communication was very difficult due to the language barrier. Although we were offered a third room, we refused because basic cleanliness should never require multiple attempts.

We did not spend a single night in this hotel. Instead, we had to find another accommodation at our own expense because we could not accept sleeping in such unhygienic conditions. The following day, we decided to end our trip and return home.

This hotel does not match the description or photos on Booking.com, and we cannot recommend it to anyone.

Un hôtel qui tourne avec du personnel formidable . Mériterait d être un peu entretenu ( plomberie ampoules et )
Pros:

Le personnel est très serviable , même si en cuisine tout le monde ne comprend pas l anglais
La piscine et le sauna sont un vrai plus
Le petit dej est délicieux et pour tous les goûts

Cons:

La chambre était petite pour 3 lits. La porte de douche était manquante. Et le robinet était descellé. Le frigo ne faisait quasiment pas de froid
Les ampoules de la piscine sont défectueuses donc bain dans la pénombre

Спасибо этому отелю за теплый прием и искреннее гостеприимство. ❤️

Очень удобная локация — рядом метро, до центра и основных достопримечательностей можно было легко добраться. Для нас это было большим плюсом.

Но больше всего запомнились сотрудники. Каждый день встречали с улыбкой, интересовались, как прошел день, желали хорошего отдыха. Такое внимание к гостям оставляет самые приятные воспоминания.

Спасибо за уют, заботу и атмосферу, в которую хочется вернуться. До новых встреч, Турция! 🇹🇷✨

Pros:

Otelde geçirdiğimiz konaklamadan çok memnun kaldık. Her şey harikaydı. Personel çok güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi.

Otelin konumu da çok rahattı. Hem taksiyle kolayca ulaşılabiliyor hem de iki tramvay durağına çok yakın olduğu için şehri gezmek oldukça kolaydı.

Odalar temiz, rahat ve konforluydu. Güzel misafirperverlikleri için teşekkür ederiz. İstanbul’a tekrar geldiğimizde gönül rahatlığıyla yine bu otelde kalmayı tercih ederiz.

Pros:

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, kahvaltı çok güzeldi direk boğazı görebiliyorsunuz. Konum olarak mükemmel bir yere sahip her tarafa kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz.
