Lokacija hotela je zaista odlična i to je vjerovatno njegov najveći plus. Također, želim pohvaliti osoblje hotela koje se maksimalno trudi da ugodi gostima i nadomjesti brojne infrastrukturne nedostatke. Posteljina se mijenja svaki dan, što je također pozitivna stvar.
Hotel je star i loše održavan, tapete se odljepljuju, a sobe su pune prašine. Zvučna izolacija je katastrofalna i čuje se bukvalno sve iz hodnika i drugih soba. Kupatilo i pritisak vode su veoma loši. SPA je prljav, neodržavan i veliko razočarenje. Doručak je veoma skroman i ništa posebno. Smatram da hotel ne opravdava cijenu noćenja.

No me gusto que se descuidan con las atenciones. No te ponen nisiquiera una botella de agua, para tomarla tiene q pedirla, no tiene cafetera ni tetera en las habitaciones como dicen tener.
Dundar Hotel is in a great location right on the main strip, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The hotel itself is pretty, and the food was good. The hotel staff were also lovely and welcoming throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, our experience with the restaurant staff completely changed our impression of the hotel. We were not allowed to feed our baby his own food, despite there being no suitable food available for him at the restaurant. On another occasion, when the restaurant became busy, our table was left dirty for a long time, and when we politely asked for it to be cleaned, a staff member responded that it was “not her problem.” That level of rudeness and lack of care was extremely disappointing.
We were also given a room next to the lobby, and we could hear arguments and loud conversations throughout the night, which made us feel very unsafe and uncomfortable during our stay.
What made the situation even more upsetting was the clear difference in how some guests were treated. We noticed the same staff member being extremely polite to white guests, referring to them respectfully as “madam,” while being dismissive and rude towards us. It made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome during our stay.
While the hotel has potential because of its location and appearance, the poor restaurant service and noise issues are enough that I would not choose to return.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist für einen Sightseeingtrip super.
Unser Zimmer entsprach den Bildern, allerdings ist es sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Toilettendeckel war an einer Seite komplett lose, das Bad hatte einen Wasserschaden. Auch die Hygiene -insbesondere im Bad- ist verbesserungswürdig. Der Föhn hat total geklebt bzw war dreckig.
Wellness: wichtig zu wissen ist, dass der Wellnessbereich nur von 12-18Uhr kostenlos ist. Diese Information hätten wir gerne vorher gehabt, da wir uns aufgrund des Wellnessbereichs für dieses Hotel entschieden hatten und ihn gerne abends nutzen wollten.

The hotel is in a good location. A few minutes' walk from the tram station. Everything you need is nearby. Quiet location. Room is cleaned every day, clean towels daily. 5 days of pleasant stay.
The hotel equipment is a bit older. The rooms are smaller.
