Great apartment in Davao
Pros:

Wonderful apartment if you are wanting to be in the Nortpoint condo complex.
Very clean and modern apartment, well decorated
Good internet
20 minute walk to thte Abrezas mall, but the traffic on that main street is horrible
Good pool and a a small gym

Cons:

The place needs an AC unit in the living room, the little one in the bedroom is not enough.

Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich gut! Zentral gelegen und doch nicht zu wuselig, alles prima erreichbar. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Wohnung ist für ein Paar geräumig geschnitten. Der Kühlschrank ist groß und es war sehr nett, dass es Trinkwasser auf dem Zimmer gab.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage ist sehr schlecht! Es ist wirklich heiß im Apartment und die Leistung der Aircon reicht nichtmal für das Schlafzimmer.
Die Utensilien in der Küche sind eher spartanisch und für regelmäßiges Kochen fehlt einiges. In der Beschreibung steht, dass Pflegeprodukte vorhanden sind, das ist nicht der Fall. Für den Pool muss man einmal über das Gelände. Es gab keine Einweisung, wo der Müll hinsoll oder wo man sonst alles findet.
Im Bad ist sehr wenig Stauraum und die Tür vom Kleiderschrank klemmt.

cool place overall
Pros:

wide space in the condo. the fridge is a good size.netflix is a good addition.
Basic gym but ok for a short training. Pool size is sufficient.

Cons:

Usually the condos we rent in Philippines like in Cebu or Manila all offers some basics like toilet paper, soy sauce, cooking oil etc. Not even a single rool of toilet paper at our arrival, that was a mistake I guess, we felt lucky there was some light bulbs... More seriously, the host should consider raising the fee a little (maybe 50-100 pesos) and offers that minimum.
Pool changing area is badly maintained, not a single toilet door locks.

WATER INTERUPTION
Pros:

They gave us a notice that there will be a water interuption March 16-25 but it was not happening. There was no water March 26. So we were not really prepared for it. The parking is so small. We were not informed about it. It would be better if they will ask what type of vehicle the guests are using.

It was definitely home away from home, our home in Davao. Hope to stay there when we visit again.
Pros:

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!! The location, the cleanliness, the balcony, the bedroom, and the mini kitchen. <3 It was near a mall, the church, and there's also a convenience store just down the road.

Clean, Relaxing, Convenient, and Safe!
Pros:

The location was perfect. It was not far from the airport. Very near to 2-3 malls. Grab Delivery is not a problem since it is near restaurants and convenience stores. Security-wise, it was safe since the establishment had guards who were also respectful.

- Everything was clean, and all necessities were available. You don't have to bring an extension cord; they will provide one or two.
- The toilet was clean, and the heater worked perfectly. It had a bidet, and the water was strong.
- The Ref also worked properly.
- The place is spacious. You can cook your lunch/dinner if you like. Kitchenware is complete.
- Minimal noise when you stay there. It's a good place to have a very good sleep.
The aircon works perfectly. It can get cold (which is good).
- Provided 2 electric fans (both work perfectly)
- Forget your slippers? They also provide that in the establishment.
- Clean white towels are provided. But if you're going to stay for more than a week, advisable to bring your own towels.
- Pricing was understandable and affordable. It's better to rent here than a hotel with just a small space with no ref and other amenities.
- Internet was also strong. Clocked it at around 150mbps. So if you're working from "home", this will be perfect.
- Entertainment: Big smart TV. Free Netflix and TCL channels.
- Transportation: Calling a taxi or Grabcar is not a problem.

Cons:

None. The place was perfect and will stay there again if given the opportunity.
