Pros:

Сам отель выглядит дорого и презентабельно, чувствуется высокий уровень. Персонал внимательный и вежливый, стараются помочь и оставить хорошее впечатление.

Cons:

Однако есть существенные минусы. Складывается ощущение, что гостям, бронирующим через Booking, достаются номера в значительно худшем состоянии. В спа-зоне в целом чисто, но присутствуют неисправности: сломан ковшик в парилке, а каменное кресло с подогревом повреждено (буквально сломано пополам).
Из-за таких недочётов общее впечатление сильно портится.

Merece la pena
Pros:

La cama es muy buena y el cuarto de baño sensacional. Tienen albornoz, zapatillas y la posibilidad de usar el spa. Muy buena atención. Una de las chicas de recepción habla un poquito de español.

Cons:

En el spa deberían subir la temperatura de la piscina. Ellos dicen que está a 26-27 grados, pero está mucho más fría. Hay que arreglar muchas luces estropeadas por el hotel.

Nicht mit 5* in Mitteleuropa zu vergleichen, alles in allem aber trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage mitten im Alten Basar war toll, fußläufig alles gut zu erreichen. Auswahl beim Frühstück landestypisch wie international und gut. Restaurant im Obergeschoß mit guter Aussicht über die Stadt. Spabereich ist bis 23h geöffnet, Massage recht günstig.

Cons:

Am schlimmsten war, dass im Hotel und vor allem im Restaurant (selbst beim Frühstück!) geraucht wurde und es keinen Nichtraucherbereich gab. Das traf auf alle Lokale in Nordmazedonien zu und gefühlt raucht jede:r und ständig in diesem Land. Sauberkeit in den Zimmern war mittelprächtig (einiges ziemlich verstaubt, fleckige Handtücher). Ja, und dann wurde man (da es im Zimmer trotz abgedrehter Heizung zu warm war schliefen wir stets mit geöffneten Fenstern) jeden Morgen um 5:45h lautstark von den Muezzinrufen der benachbarten Moscheen geweckt.

Decepción.
Pros:

La recepcionista muy amable, nos reservo en un restaurante e intento solucionar el problema del Spa, sin exito.

Cons:

El agua del jacuzzi del Spa estaba fria (también el agua de la picina) las chicas del spa nos dijeron que era así y que no se podia poner más caliente, nos lo dijeron de malas maneras.
Al día siguiente lo mismo, el jacuzzi directamente ni funcionaba.

Elegimos este hotel por el Spa y no pudimos usarlo. No te avisan de que no funciona hasta que te metes dentro y ves que esta frio.
