Pros:

Special mention to Luna at breakfast. I mentioned that I was feeling hot and she immediately tried to find a better place for me, checked the air conditioning, helped me move my things and later came back to make sure I was okay.

What really stood out was how naturally attentive she was. She was constantly checking on everyone, making sure the buffet was stocked and that people had what they needed. Just genuinely warm, friendly and very good at what she does. She made breakfast feel unusually personal. Thank you, Luna!

Gelungen, auch wenn es keine 5 Sterne Hotel ist, höchstens 3,5

Reichhaltiges Frühstück, Lage teilweise. Sehr großes sauberes Zimmer, bequemes Bett

Dusche hatte kein Gefälle, Wasserbatterie schwierig zu regulieren. Gebetsruf zu hören

Şehir merkezinde olması.

Cons:

Kahvaltı alanı grup halinde gelen misafirlere ancak yeterli bunun dışında bireysel geldiğimiz için masaların temizleme yapılması için beklemek zorunda kaldık. Otelin SPA kullanımını hiç denemedim fırsatım olmadı. Odanın kliması çok gürültülü çalışıyor ve pek serinletici değil. Onun dışında bir sorun yoktur.

Good location, in the heart of Skopje, but a max 4 start hotel not a 5 start one
Pros:

The location of the hotel is quite good, right next to the fortress and the old bazaar
We received a room on the 6th floor which was a decent size and offered quite a nice view over the city
Breakfast was quite good with a fair amount of options to choose from
It is nice that you receive a complimentary 2 hours visit to the SPA which has one of the biggest jacuzzi I've seen, a nice pool + sauna, hammam, salt room)

Cons:

I would not say this is a 5 star hotel, maybe maximum a 4 start one (judging by the European standards)
They could do more in the hotel lobby in terms of sitting areas and overall vibe
Breakfast is nice but surely not one for a 5 star hotel so maybe some improvements could be done in this area as well
The shower was a bit of an issue as it did not have a blocker for the water and it flooded the entire bathroom when used (it's details like this that make a difference in terms of starts for a hotel)

Goed locatie! Minder goed onderhouden hotel.
Pros:

Locatie was super! Kortbij de oude bazar.
Hotel ziet er mooi uit.
Ruime kamer en bedden waren goed.
In de badkamer waren ook genoeg benodigheden (shampoo, conditor, zeep, scheermateriaal, tandenborstel)

Cons:

De badkamer... Schimmel aan de ventilator, de geote douchekop lekte er een deel water langs. N de kleine douchestang paste niet goed in de houder. Niet goed onderhouden.

Verder de spa ruimte, zwembad was oke en jacuzzi ook. Maar de sauna's waren minder. Een ervan rook heel muf. Zijn we dus niet ingeweest.

Het ontbijt was minder ons ding.

Urge que le quiten al menos dos de las cinco estrellas.
Pros:

Habitación situada enfrente de la megafonía de una mezquita, en la cual se reza varias veces al día, incluyendo las 5:00 de la mañana. El desayuno muy deficiente, sin variedad de platos ni bebidas. Referente al spa, carece de chorros y el baño turco está en mal estado de conservación. Como notas positivas, la ubicación es muy buena y las habitaciones amplias y cómodas (con el problema ya referido de la mezquita).

Kein ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hotel!!!
Pros:

Der Spa-Bereich ist schön und gepflegt.
Die Lage ist gut, man ist in 200m auf dem Old Bazar.

Cons:

Wer mit der Erwartung hingeht und ein 5 Sterne Wellness Hotel erwartet wird maßlos enttäuscht.
Im Vergleich zum europäischen Standard sind es maximal 3 Sterne. Und das zieht sich durch das gesamte Hotel inkl. Frühstück.
Alles Pfusch und billige Ausstattung.
Der Teppichboden im Flur und im Zimmer gehört entfernt, einfach nur widerlich.
Von Erholung kann außerdem nicht die Rede sein, da in 100m Luftlinie zu meinen Zimmer eine Moschee steht und im nahen Umkreis gleich eine Zweite.
5x am Tag wird hier zum Gebet aufgerufen und das um 6:30 Uhr! Nichtmal Ohropax helfen hier.
Finde es eine Frechheit, dass nirgendwo darauf hingewiesen wird! Erst später habe ich es auf den Bildern gesehen, wäre mir das früher ausgefallen, hätte ich das Hotel nie gebucht!

Pros:

Великий номер. Зручне розташування готелю. Зручне велике ліжко. Після дороги приємно сходити в сауну і басейн. А хамам був холодний, треба просити щоб включили.

Cons:

Парковка для авто - зручна, але на Ресепшн треба спуститися з валізами дуже незручними сходами, а зранку - вверх так само незручно.

A real treat
Pros:

Everything was on the highest level!
The spa area, with the biggest and warmest jacuzzi I've ever seen, was a real treat!
The room was spacious with all the amenities You could ever need, especially in the bathroom (shower cap, a comb, toothbrush etc)
Will definitely come back once we're in Skopje again :)
