Not five stars. Overpriced for the service offered.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located.

Cons:

The rooms ( even though I was offered an upgrade from my initial booking) are worn out and dated. The carpets have an unpleasant smell that makes it seem like they have never washed them. Breakfast is a mess. Not enough tables, not enough food, not enough plates/ cutlery, not enough staff. Pretty poor service when it comes to breakfast, to be honest. Cleaning could improve as well.

Ærverdig hotell med hjelpsomt personale og perfekt beliggenhet, god frokost og flott spa-avdeling.
Pros:

Perfekt beliggenheten i nærheten av den gamle basaren og flere andre severdigheter. God frokost i flott, klassisk, ærverdig spisesal. Avslappende spa-avdeling med gode, rene og rolige fasiliteter. Praktisk og fint hotellrom.

Cons:

Sikkerheten var ikke bra nok, for nesten halvparten av gangene gikk ikke døra til hotellrommet vårt i lås, og vi måtte kontakte personalet hver gang. Og det var bare flaks at vi oppdaget det. Og safen på rommet hengte seg opp flere ganger, og vi måtte kontakte personalet for å få dirket den opp. I tillegg virket ofte ikke de låsbare skapene i spa-avdelingen, og da kom personalet og avkoblet låsekoden, noe vi etterhvert fant ut hvordan vi kunne gjøre selv, for personalet gjorde ikke noe for å skjule hvordan. Dermed kunne vi egentlig låst opp de skapene som andre brukte også ved å avkoble låsekoden, dersom vi hadde ønsket det.

Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä, kaikki kävelymatkan päässä. Ilmainen pysäköinti iso plussa.

Cons:

Huoneen kokolattiamatossa oli isoja tahroja, kuten myös muuallakin huoneessa. Suolahuone oli kylmä.

Hotel frumos, curat, camera spațioasă, confortabilă cu vedere spre curtea interioară, o terasă cu o "cascadă" drăguță și un spațiu verde amenajat cu bun gust.
La doi pași de vechiul bazar.

Pros:

Amabilidad y profesionalidad de la chica de recepción y del desayuno. Ubicación excelente. Amplitud de la habitación y comodidad del colchón. Limpieza en general del hotel y habitación. Desayuno muy variado.

Cons:

El agua del spa estaba algo fría, tanto ka piscina principal como el jacuzzi. En la sala de sal hacía frío.

Fantastična lokacija, udobne i čiste sobe, susretljivo i ljubazno osoblje hotela, solidan doručak.

Cons:

Vrlo slaba ponuda voća za doručak!
Wifi u našim sobama je bio poprilično spor i nestabilan.
Parna kupelj je bila otvorena, ali naizgled u kvaru ili izvan pogona.

Sentralt, gode senger. Kort til gamleby og severdigheter. Meget hyggelig resepsjon.

Cons:

Muggen frukt på rommet ved ankomst! Knust/ sprukket speil og veldig slitt bademøbel. Seng fantastisk! Frokost var noisy og skuffende frukt / varmmat.

Heerlijk verblijf. Ik kom hier zeker terug.

- prachtig mooie en luxe uitstraling van binnen en buiten,
- prijs/kwaliteit verhouding
- heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet
- geweldige staff. In het bijzonder de sympathieke Philippine dame achter de receptie, de charmante Luna van het restaurant, en de hulpvaardige en fantastische Agim de in-house taxi driver.

Cons:

- De spa viel wat tegen. De pool was niet werkzaam, de jacuzzi niet werkzaam, de salt room was lauw/koud, het hamam (Turks dtoom)bad was lauw/koud. Volgens de dame van de spa hoort het zo...? Dit is in ieder geval niet zo in Nederlandse spa's. Enkel de Finse sauna was (goed) werkzaam zoals ik het gewend ben.

- Het is best gehorig. Zowel geluiden uit het hotel zelf (stofzuigen, andere gasten) als geluiden van buiten (de moskee naast het hotel 5 x per dag met gebed, vuurwerk).

Punti forti sono la posizione e il parcheggio. Buona l' accoglienza. Stanza molto ampia. Colazione in un ambiente luminoso e panoramico, varia, migliorabile la qualità.

Lo stile piuttosto cupo. Il pavimento della camera: una parte tipo marmo nero, l'altra parte moquette.

Pros:
