Very disappointing stay.

A tour bus was parked directly in front of our terrace, completely blocking our view. Throughout the day, buses with tour groups were constantly arriving and leaving, creating a busy and noisy atmosphere.

The TV offered only Turkish channels. Even in Istanbul, most hotels provide at least some international channels such as CNN. We would expect at least some macedonian channels.

At check-in, we were advised not to use the spa because the water was cold, which was very disappointing for a hotel advertised as a 5-star property.
Poor breakfast.

Overall, this hotel does not meet 5-star standards. It was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had, and we would not recommend it.

Yoğun dönemlerde hizmet düşük!

Konumu Türk çarşısının içinde olması iyiydi.

Cons:

Aile olarak Mayıs ayında konaklamıştık. Odalardan birinin kapısı kilitlenmiyordu. Durumu resepsiyona bildirdik, yapıldığı söylendi ama kapı kilidi sorunu devam etti. Ne içeriden ne de dışarıdan kilit tutmadı. Ayrıca her iki odanın temizliğini de beğenmedik. Oda temizliğine akşam 5 te geldiler, temiz fincan talebimizi ilettiğimizde de fincanları alıp banyoda yıkayıp geri koydular. Geçtiğimiz kasım ayında arkadaşlarla da kalmıştım, hizmet böyle değildi. Yoğun dönemlerde hizmet kalitesi epey düşük, büyük hayal kırıklığı yaşadık.

Très bel hôtel, quelques améliorations nécessaires vu la catégorie
Pros:

Très bonne situation pour un accès en voiture. Personnel d'accueil très aimable. Jolie vue depuis la salle de petit déjeuner

Cons:

Équipement plus en état (moins acceptable vu le niveau de l'hôtel) tant dans la chambre que dans les thermes, jus d'orange de mauvaise qualité au petit déjeuner, incompréhensible également

A recepciós hölgyek kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak illetve a szállás jó helyen van

Koszos, peneszes, vízköves fürdő. A csapból több helyen is folyt a víz. Lepatogzott bútorok, gombás légkondi,ami csak az előteret hűti.
A kondit nem lehet csak úgy használni,mint más kisebb csillagú hotelben.
A reggeli jó lett volna, ha legalább az ételek nevét kiírták volna,ha már az allergéneket nem sikerült.
Lépcső mindenütt, kiírások eldugva.
A szobaszám is le volt esve. Ez max 3csillag

Cons:

Frukosten hade inte klassiska grejerna som man förväntar sig av en frukost. Det var mer lokalmats frukost. En stor och fin altan, som vi uppskattade men vi saknade solsänger där.
