Mükemmel bir konaklama deneyimiydi!
Otel, lüks, konfor ve kaliteli hizmeti bir arada sunarak tüm beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Odalar çok geniş, tertemiz ve şık bir şekilde dizayn edilmişti. Yataklar son derece rahattı ve odada ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey düşünülmüştü. Spa ve wellness alanı ise gerçekten harikaydı.
Personel çok profesyonel, güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcıydı. Otelin konumu da mükemmel; Eski Çarşı’nın tam merkezinde, restoranlara ve turistik yerlere yürüme mesafesinde bulunuyor.
Kahvaltı oldukça lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. Genel olarak tam anlamıyla 5 yıldızlı bir hizmet aldık. Üsküp’e tekrar gelirsek kesinlikle yeniden burada konaklayacağız ve herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.❤️

A very bad experience for a 5 star hotel
Pros:

The location of the resort was right next to the old town and the city castle.

Cons:

I was recommended this hotel by my Macedonian grandfather who visited a couple of years ago, but it has dropped in quality so bad it brings a tear to your eye. Upon my arrival they said they upgraded my room to a bigger one to the side of the loud džamija that kept waking me up at night. I could not open the window on the balcony and the place had terrible air-conditioning with stale air in the room all the time. There was limescale all over the bathroom the place was barely cleaned and the bathroom smelled like sewage and the shower leaked water all over the floor. The restaurant on the top of the hotel is closed and the breakfast they serve in the cafeteria was the worst I ever had in all my travels. I'm not picky but I had better breakfast at every hostel I ever slept in. I just went to have breakfast in the old town instead. Half of the spa didn't work (turkish sauna had 25°C) and the pool water was extremely dirty. I booked this hotel because of the SPA. When I wanted to pay for my taxi with a credit card (which they sad was possible), they forced me to withdraw money from an ATM that cost another 250 MKD because they "didn'thave change" they said. For 90 EUR a night in Skopje, this was a total disaster. If you're thinking of booking this, choose anything else, really. This stay nearly ruined my holiday in Macedonia.

Des petits détails d'aménagement qui ne devraient pas se rencontrer dans un 5 étoiles.
(miroir de la salle de bain fêlé, robinet de douche capricieux, fleurs en plastique dans les balconnières.

Sehr Zufriedener Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ich war jetzt schon zum dritten Mal in Skopje. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels ist die Lage schon sehr gut. Man lebt im alten Bazar und hat alles vor der Tür: gute Restaurants, Kultur und ist schnell mit dem Auto auf der Schnellstraße Richtung Ohrid. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze, das Frühstück war gut und das Personal sehr unterstützend. Das Fitnessstudio ist auch gut. Das Zimmer ist vor allem sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist auch modern.

Cons:

Es bräuchte mehr Bügel im Schrank für Hemden und Auszüge. Zwei Bügel für einen Schrank sind definitiv zu wenig. Es bräuchte auch mal einen Jacken aufhänger im Flur des Zimmers. Das wäre auch gut.

The room was large enough and spacious.

Cons:

The room was not ready when we arrived around 2:30 pm., so we had to wait. The room was not clean enough and would have deserved modernization and renovation. The hairdryer did not work. The spa was probably the worst I have ever been to. The jacuzzi did not work, the Turkish baths were insufficient and the Finnish sauna was not heated at all. Very poor selection at breakfast. There was a mosque a few meters from the hotel, so the prayers sounded 5 times a day and at night and it was very noisy, since the windows do not close. This hotel definitely does not deserve 5 stars.

Overbooking

The location is great in the middle of old town with several restaurants nearby

Cons:

The fact that I reserved the presidential suite and they gave it to someone else, and I only could stay there for one night instead of the two that I’ve reserved. The staff lied several times about the reason why I couldn’t stay in the payed room. They refunded the night that i stay in other room but the experience of a weeding anniversary was affected. The main point was the lies, and the fact that we have to change the room and all the luggage
