Sucio (y con ratas)

Que tenga plato de ducha que aquí en Vietnam no es tán típico como en Europa

Cons:

En general el hotel estaba sucio, comenzamos yendo a la habitación y nos encontramos una rata en nuestra cama. Es cierto que el personal tuvo una solución muy rápida y nos dio otra habitación sin problema una vez supo de la presencia de la rata además al hacer el checkout nos ofrecieron 100.000 dongs por las molestias.

Además en general la habitación estaba bastante sucia: las cortinas tenían polvo, el suelo estaba sin barrer.

Por último los colchones eran muy incómodos, aparentaban ser colchones inflables y estaban extremadamente duros

En general, una mala experiencia destacamos la falta de limpieza. Por otro lado el personal ha sido amable y no tenemos ninguna queja

It's not quite in the center, but everything is nearby: cafes, pool halls, and shops. There's a coffee shop downstairs by the entrance. Everything is very clean. The staff is excellent.
