Uncharged, smelly, and unpleasant.
Pros:

There wasn’t much noise at the property

Cons:

We were originally shown the wrong room from what we booked through Booking. We then told them this and were told that the room we booked would be an up charge (the room with AC). We took the room and decided to wait until morning to deal with it. When we told them that we agreed to a cheaper price than what they tried to charge us, they kept arguing until I literally had to show them pictures of the room on Booking. Then, they looked at us like deer in headlights and knew they were wrong. They then charged us the correct price. Scammy and gross. Also the original room smelled horrible and there was a hole into the wall with dirt.

Cons:

There was cockroach in the room. But the apartment was good, the bathroom didn't have ventilation. Other than that the walls were dirty. But probably would visit again for the price.

HIghly recommended to stay of you are planning to explore thamel and the area around.
Pros:

I like everything from cleaniniliness, to staff, and location. The place was quiet yet nearby from thamel area and the rooom features were good according to the price.

Felt like home!
Pros:

Amazing hotel. Great location, very near of the life of Thamel but without the noise that comes with it. Calm small street. I recommend the room at the last floor which overlooks on a lovely sunny terrace where you can order food and drinks. Feel like your own living room. You can come back at night. Owners are great people very welcoming and that helped me for a lot of practical things.

Great value. Amazing roof terrace. Room is nice and big.

Cons:

Our room was downstairs and right next a road. The road isn't too busy but you are sleeping a few feet away from the road. We got woken up every morning at 6 from motorcycles passing through.
The floor didn't look that clean

The place is very comfortable.One thing what i like the most is the attached kitchen in which guests are supposed to cook themselves.Surely would like to recommend this hotel and will visit again.
