Pros:

Sauber, gute Lage und ruhig. Küche ist ausgestattet und kann genutzt werden.

Cons:

Stickig im Bad, wenn Lüftung abgestellt wird. Dusche muss repariert werden.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sie ist sehr sauber und hat alles, was man braucht (insbesondere auch an Küchenutensilien). Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

L'accueil cordial et attentionné de Reynalyn qui a beaucoup de goût en ce qui a trait à la décoration. Je me suis vraiment plu dans ce charmant appartement d'une propreté étincelante et d'un excellent confort. Quelle belle soirée j'ai passé, après m'être attablé avec de jolies couverts pour m'installer confortablement sur le sofa et visionner un bon film Netflix (inclue) sur le grand écran avec une très bonne sonorité. La qualité de la piscine de l'immeuble est un must. Séjour trop court et c'est assuré que je choisirai ce logement lors de mon prochain voyage à Manille. Sans compter que cet emplacement possède toutes les commodités (restos, épicerie, etc.) dont un peut avoir besoin.

Pros:

the apartment's decor
equipment included everything you needed
location and lobby
taxi pickup stand and a place to safely exit the taxi
direct access to the shopping center
During our stay we used the owner's help and received help immediately
helpful people in the lobby
a comfortable bed and access to Netflix its suuuper useful in the evening
fast and efficient internet all the time

Cons:

no one said that the pool was under construction and half of it was unavailable and water there is suuuuper cold Every time we tried to swim we had to get out because the water was cold and the swimming pool is an additional fee and it is not so easy to get admission if you do not have it


sometimes you could actually see creatures that shouldn't be there like cockroaches but that is the fault of the owner of the entire facility not apartment's

Este o locație excelentă, cu toate facilitățile, iar priveliștea de la etajul 45 a fost de vis. Makati este o zona foarte frumoasa, cu foarte mulți zgârie nori, și locuri frumoase. Doamna care ne-a oferit toate informațiile necesare a fost foarte drăguță și foarte înțelegătoare. In apartament totuj a fost plăcut, relaxant, și impresionant. Nota 10 Air RESIDENCE! Când vom reveni acasă în FILIPINE 🇵🇭🇵🇭 cu siguranță ne vom opri câteva nopți la Air RESIDENCE!

Ich war voll und ganz zufrieden. Zimmer gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist dort integriert, wie Supermarkt, Starbucks und verschiedene Essensangebote.

Perfect stay in Manila!
Pros:

Very well decorated apartment, clean and on a perfect location in Makati.
Very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and enough space for two.
Downstairs one finds a mall and shopping center with everything you possibly need.
Just a great choice for Manila. Will definitely stay there again.
