The apartment’s aircon didn’t work. The facilities were limited. No extractor fan in bathroom so damp and black mould. The swimming pool had a leak and was unusable for the duration of our stay.

Alojamento antigo apenas foi dado um jeito, nenhuma das persianas fechava bem, cozinha pouco equipada, sem produtos de higiene, não fazem limpeza nem troca de toalhas nenhum dia.
Localizado numa zona pouco organizado e com muito lixo em frete ao prédio.
O valor pago pelo alojamento não corresponde à qualidade que achávamos que ia ter

We are a family of four (two adults and two children, ages 5 and 10) and stayed for seven nights. While the apartment hotel was generally acceptable, several areas could be improved:

A) There was no cleaning service or change of bed linens and towels included during our stay. We requested fresh towels once, for which we had to pay an extra fee of €15 per person.

B) The soundproofing was poor - you could clearly hear noise from the neighboring apartment and stairways.

C) The apartment was poorly equipped; for example, there was only one wine glass, and basic essentials like dish soap, salt, and similar items, typically provided in apartment rentals, were missing.

D) Given the price we paid, I expected a higher standard overall.

While we enjoyed several aspects of our stay, there were a few issues that impacted our overall experience. We were surprised to find that construction work was taking place directly in front of the apartment, which created significant noise throughout the day. Unfortunately, the noise was also noticeable while using the swimming pool, making it difficult to fully relax. Another issue was the refrigerator, which barely functioned and it kept food only slightly cool and made it impossible to chill drinks properly. We were also disappointed by the absence of basic items such as wine glasses. Additionally, there was no cleaning service provided during our stay, and we had to purchase all extra supplies ourselves, including toilet paper and garbage bags. The overall noise level was quite high as well, with many neighboring apartments occupied by families with young children. Due to thin walls, it was easy to hear loud activity from early in the morning.

We had a late check in at 10pm and were given videos of how to access the property. Upon arrival, there were no one in reception and the outer door were locked, so our family were unable to get into the building. Fortunately, there were two ladies sitting on their balcony who kindly told us where to go and opened the outer door for us so we can access our apartment. Despite ringing reception number, no one even answered or replied to messages. We were on the first floor, however the walls are so thin that you can hear everything from the floor above us. There was a huge family occupying the top floor and they were constantly moving furniture, stomping around and scraping chairs all the time. You can hear everything from when the toilet and shower were used. Unfortunately we did not sleep very well and after 2 days of 5 days booked, we decided to check out and move elsewhere so lost money on booking this property. We spoke to a member of staff who really did not care and just shrugged their shoulders and was dismissive. Please be aware of booking this property as even though it was a spacious and clean apartment, the walls are very thin and staff were not helpful in resolving any issues which may arise.

All the mattresses need to be replaced, kitchen not fully geared up for cooking activities, no micro waves available

Need to add more towel racks in the bathroom. Some healthier protein for breakfast, one more roll of toilet paper, and a bit more dish soap would be nice.

very poor internet

Had no internet for 2 weeks. Took a lot of grief and unnecessary roaming charges before they called the technician. Would not believe me, as if it was my fault that the internet would not work in my flat.
