Pros:

La posizione ottima, L'hotel è vicinissimo a Union Square, al capolinea del famoso tram di San Francisco e alla metro Powell St collegata all'areoporto, Letto king size comodo e bagno pulito

Cons:

il riassetto e pulizia della camera è previsto solo a partire dalla terza notte di soggiorno. La moquette/carpet in camera (preferisco sempre avere il pavimento con le piastrelle)

Excellent location. Good value for money
Pros:

Excellent location at downtown San Francisco. Direct train from airport to downtown ( train stop at the door of the hotel. 2 minutes walking only) walking distance to attractions. friendly staff and good value for money

I really enjoyed my stay and would love to go back!
Pros:

The location is amazing, in Union Square, so easily accessible and also a walkable district. The staff was super-accommodating- they even offered to change our room as our first room was rather small, which we took them up on! The decor is a bit kitschy but cute.

Cons:

The kitchen downstairs closed at 8:30pm, which is rather early for us NYers, but there's food all around so it wasn't difficult to find dinner.
