the small missing details are wished away with the excellence of the team
Pros:

This hotel genuinely made my trip easier through the location. I’m deeply grateful to the reception team—Juniper, Jane, and a third receptionist S... (a beautiful, kind lady whose name I forgot—please forgive me, and sorry if I misspelled names). They didn’t just “check me in”—they helped me plan my time (especially, Juniper, you love the city so much, and I learnt the city through your eyes), gave thoughtful recommendations, and responded immediately when I asked to change rooms to get more daylight.

I also had some situations with my luggage and credit card, and they helped me calmly and efficiently. What impressed me most: even though I usually saw only one person handling the front desk in such a big hotel, I was consistently treated with care, speed, and professionalism—often beyond what I would expect.

Whoever leads this hotel has built a great team and should trully appreciate each of them highly. Thank you for the warmth and support.

Clean, simple hotel near the BART.
Pros:

A very nice and clean hotel located near a BART Station with a very friendly and helpful staff. There were many good restaurants in the area too.

I was not able to work as I normally do when I travel for business. Staff was very friendly.
Pros:

The location is very convenient to BART and Moscone Center. There are also a number of good restaurants nearby and the cable car turn around point is at the corner. The lobby is well laid out and modern in appearance.

Cons:

The wifi bandwidth was so low I couldn't get a reliable connection on my laptop, which prevented me from working in the room. The walls are thin to the point I heard a baby crying some nights. No instructions were posted on how to use the AC or heater so the room wasn't always at the right temperature for sleeping.

Pros:

Daniel was amazing. After a long travel day he really went above and beyond to make parking and check in easy. Working in the industry I wish we all had a Daniel. Location was great. Loved the stay.

Basic hotel in hartje San Francisco
Pros:

Het hotel ligt centraal, naast de cable car stop, 1 blok van Union Square. Het heeft een gym en een pool tafel. Parkeren is op loopafstand. Kamers zijn basic maar prima. Veel restaurantjes op loopafstand evenals Chinatown en Oracle Park (honkbal stadion)

Cons:

Geen ontbijtmogelijkheden. Maar gelukkig Tad’s op loopafstand
