Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht
Pros:

- die Lage mitten im Wald am Bach
- moderne Möbel
- sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant am Abend

Cons:

- keine Klimaanlage und auch keine Mückennetze vor den Fenstern
- viel zu kleiner Spabereich + zu wenig Liegen (und es war nicht mal viel los, wurde uns auch vom Personal mehrfach erklärt)
- Personal wirkte unprofessionell (wusste nicht ob es eine Klima gibt, innerhalb eines Gesprächs wird geduzt dann wieder gesiezt?)
- Balkon war nicht sauber
- Frühstück sehr einfallslos und nicht annähernd die Qualität wie das Restaurant am Abend
- beim Check-Out wurden wir nicht gefragt, ob wir etwas anzumerken haben

Für den Preis erwartet man mehr…

Eine schöne Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten im ruhigen Erzgebirgswald, fern von jeglichem Lärm und hervorragend zum Wandern. Der Saunabereich ist klein, aber sehr fein. Vor allem die Badezuber mitten im Wald sind toll. Das Essen war sowohl abends als auch beim Frühstück sehr lecker.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirbt für eine hochklassige Unterkunft, aber ich finde da fehlen hier und da noch einige Feinheiten. Beim Frühstück zb gab es keinerlei Frischkäse, nur Butter als Brotaufstrich. Das Essen am Abend ist sehr lecker, aber ich finde trotzdem zu teuer. Das Sportangebot ist leider noch sehr eingeschränkt, da Personal fehlt. Teilweise gibt es dies auch nur, wenn man vorher ein Paket bucht. Das ist schade. Mein Bad habe ich beim Duschen unter Wasser gesetzt, aber das haben ja schon einige Gäste vorher beschrieben. Ebenso die kahle Wand im Zimmer mit Anschlüssen für TV.

Pros:

Die Lage ist traumhaftt - mitten im Wald. Die Luftqualität ist sehr sehr gut und der Spa Bereich übertrifft alle Erwartungen :)
