No proper car parking even though it stated there was. The flat needed a lot of TLC, shower didn't drain not the cleanest and the wall in the bathroom was very damp with paint coming away. It was OK for the one night we were there but wouldn't return.

The water was cold when we arrived and the property cold so we needed help with that. The TV in the bedroom didn't work.

Toilet waste coming up in the shower drain hole even though the issue had been reported several months earlier.

No soap, this is basic hygiene! We rented the whole flat, but had to pay £50 per person to use the sofa beds. For just some linen, I think it extortionate

This place was probably the dirtiest accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. I have my doubts as to whether it was even cleaned between the last guest and myself. The toilet was definitely not cleaned! I felt grubby the whole time I was there. No hand soap, no ability to clean anything either, not even a bottle of washing up liquid for the kitchen. Also, this property is in the middle of two busy roads. If you’ve got a dog there aren’t many places to walk to directly from the accommodation.

Shower drainage poor therefore only quick showers allowed before the cubicle flooded.
Freezer was all frozen over- unable to use.
Our second night resulted in sleep deprivation due to music being left on (repetitively) in the bar/ restaurant downstairs 😩😡.
Didn’t receive discount in Woogies - spent at least £300 over out 3 night stay there.

Most basic amenities were missing. Had to call and ask for wifi password

I would have expected a small welcome basket with the basics in it, such as tea bags, coffee sachets, a pint of milk, some biscuits etc. There were no washing-up cloths or dish-cloths or anything to dry up with. Everything was very basic. There were lots of cobwebs in the corners of the windows. The furniture was a hotch-potch of pieces just thrown together with little of no thought of presentation or making it look nice and it was all very tired looking. In the kitchen cupboards were 'left overs' of bits from when other guests had stayed, so not something that you might want to use yourself. There was only half of a single toilet roll in the bathroom and no spare. The entrance porch was very shabby and dirty and could do with freshening up. All in all, a very tired place to stay.

Les lits ne sont pas des lits. Dans le studio il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Et le loft pour 9 n'avait qu'une salle de bain avec un toilette qui était au même endroit, pas efficace.

It is located so close to a busy road, right on the fork. It felt like a vehicle would arrive in the room.
In the morning a delivery driver for the pub woke us up knocking on the door.
No staff contact at any point. Very cold and unwelcoming.
Basic facilities. Dirty and rusty sliding door and sill in bathroom.
Scraggy dirty piece of paper with key details instead of a professional printout. Maybe print and frame a new copy, or put a new copy in a folder.

cleanliness was very poor. Soiled sheets and crumbs everywhere with the floor not being hoovered made for an unpleasant stay.
