Pros:

Дуже люблю цей хостел, чистота, місцеположення, все гуд. Номер подорожчав, але в сьогоднішніх умовах це нормально, тим більше ціна виросла всього на 100 грн.

Cons:

Ніхто по телефону не попередив про відсутність гарячої води, хоча я телефонувала 2 рази для уточнення можливості раннього заїзду. Також вартість раннього заїзду вважаю необгрунтовано завищеною, було 100 грн, стало 250 грн.

Все класно, все гарно за виключенням відсутності гарячої води це дуже важливо
Pros:

Сподобалось те що доволі чисто, гарне розташування та привітний персонал.

Cons:

Не сподобалось відсутність гарячої води її там немає взагалі. Це не вказано ніде, просто потім такий сюрприз виявляється.
На мою думку можна було-б поставити вже давно якийсь бойлер. Працівники кажуть що гарячої води немає вже давно і невідомо коли вона з’явиться. Виділити 15000₴ на пару бойлерів, які б давали гарячу воду хоча б для душу можна було б.

Cons:

В готелі немає гарячої води. Про це ніде не пишуть, але її немає вже досить довго. Це з'ясувалось безпосередньо перед заселенням о 21 ночі і я була вимушена скасувати бронювання. На щастя, виявилось, що в них є ще один готель неподалік (м. Золоті ворота) де є гаряча вода і були вільні місця, але і ціна там трохи дорожча.
