Pros:

I stayed at this hotel before, and my first experience was unfortunately disappointing. The check-in process took over 25 minutes, our luggage was misplaced, and the attitude of the front desk employee was unprofessional and unwelcoming. We were also assigned rooms far from each other, while relatives with similar reservations were given nearby rooms, which made the experience even more frustrating.

This time, however, the experience was completely different. Check-in was completed in less than a minute by a professional and courteous front desk agent who made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was excellent, and the service throughout the stay was outstanding.

I also really appreciated the WhatsApp communication service, which made requests quick and convenient. It's encouraging to see such a noticeable improvement, and this stay completely changed my impression of the hotel.

Cons:

My only criticism would be the pricing of food and beverages. The cost of in-room dining and the lobby cafés feels significantly higher than similar offerings at other hotels and nearby cafés. A more competitive pricing structure would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
