Déçus par ce 3ème séjour où il nous a semblé que l’hôtel ne délivre plus la qualité de prestations attendue pour un étab

Le site qui est splendide.
La qualité de restauration (la Boucane pour cette fois-ci car nous n’avons pas eu le temps de retester les Impressionnistes).
Le buffet du petit déjeuner qui est varié et très qualitatif.
Le personnel qui est globalement accueillant et souriant avec une mention spéciale pour leur professionnalisme pour l’équipe de la Boucane, du bar et du petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

L’arrivée : qui s’est globalement résumée à la prise d’empreinte de notre carte bancaire. Il ne nous a été donné aucune information pratique sur l’hôtel (on nous a renvoyé à la tablette qui est dans la chambre) et il ne nous a même pas été proposé de visiter le site.
L’offre Spa : Il paraît qu’il y a un spa mais nous ne savons pas où il est, ni si nous aurions pu y accéder.
La propreté : toiles d’araignées et moutons de poussière dans l’espace réception / le bar. Toilettes mal entretenues dans la chambre avec une odeur d’urine qui diffuse jusqu’à l’espace nuit. L’équipe de ménage est serviable mais jeune et n’a visiblement pas été formée (débarque à 16h pour faire la chambre, fait le lit à la va-comme-j’te-pousse).
Le fait que le parking soit payant (30€/nuit) sans en avoir été informés lors de la réservation et alors même qu’il n’y a aucun endroit pour stationner un véhicule à proximité de l’hôtel.
L’isolation phonique des chambres qui ne permet pas de se reposer car on entend les voisins marcher.
Le volume sonore dans la salle à manger principale de la Boucane qui n’est pas propice aux têtes à têtes en amoureux.
