Pros:

The apartment was stunning and the views were just fantastic! Loved the balcony and massive TV!

Staff very friendly, above a pub so expect noise, clean tidy room, bed comfy! Breakfast great again staff very accommodating, would defo stay again!

Cons:

Window in room 102 wouldn't close so made noise worse but didnt really impact the stay, would defi return, staff super friendly

Very pleasant
Pros:

Friendly staff. Residents room was good where we enjoyed a game of pool. Parking at rear was handy. Pub looked busy with a good atmosphere. Breakfast was very nice.

Wasn't sure why son couldn't come into tge bar unless we were eating

We visited for a good friends funeral in Arbroath. The train station is a short walk away. The town centre has a lovely

nice traditional pub/hotel well maintained spotless and comfortable great stay
Pros:

clean comfortable rooms, nice bar and restaurant , in the last few months we stayed in the main hotel and their rented apartments for approximately 7 or 8 weeks while working, very helpfull staff, well recommended.
