Pros:

Rooms were good enough, but for ₹2800 including tax, I felt that it was slightly expensive.

Cons:

The staff called me up in the morning asking for advance payment. However, I didn't do it. I arrived at their reception by 2100 hrs as mentioned at the time of booking. However the middle aged guy in the reception delayed check in citing the reason that he wants to check with the booking.com regarding whether the booking was valid or not etc. and after some deliberations only he allowed to check in. Rest was okay. There's some restaurant in the ground floor below the hotel (hotel is in first floor and there's only steps)

Miserable.
Pros:

Except lodging nothing was provided. Not even drinking water! The room charges are pretty steep. The flooring had broken tiles. Not even a chair was provided. The cleanliness was not that good.

Cons:

Room tiles broken, Reception guys were not well informed. No chairs, Room charges costly compared to ones in the vicinity, The reception does not even provide water on arrival, forget breakfast or lunch which can be easily done to enhance customer service. The reception guys were most uncooperative. They do not make any efforts to make the guests comfortable. Absolutely lazy guys. will not recommend this hotel to any one for sure.

Staff is good.

Cons:

Special attention is required. When I asked for additional bed, they took so much time. Unfortunately in my room there is power drop (failure) and further staff approached to electrician for rectification he took so much of time that is almost 10.30 pm, we suppose to vacate next day early, they didn't provide any alternate room for us unless after long discussion only finally happened.

Otherwise all are GOOD.
