Une chambre sans trou dans les murs

Sans ascenseur alors que bâtiment sur 5 étages.
C'était écrit avec petit déjeuner, sur place, ils disent qu'ils n'ont pas de petit déjeuner.
Beaucoup de bruits car cernés par 2 clubs. Pas moyen de dormir jusqu'à 3h du matin.
Sans fenêtre.
On a oublié quelques choses dans la chambre. Ils s'en fichent.

Too noisy, in the room, I can hear very clearly the noisy from the bar next door until 2.30AM.
But the location is perfect

No pude dormir para nada ya que el hotel se encuentra en el centro de la fiesta. Mi cuarto estaba en el cuarto piso y aún así de lo fuerte que era la música en el local al lado vibraba todo. Tenía reservada dos noches pero me fui a la primera.

You may face sound issue due to clubs but everything was to good
The only positive thing about our stay was the location and a bed.
1. The hotel is right next door to a nightclub, with loud music playing till 5:30am. This should be advertised and shouldn’t be left for people to read in reviews.
2. The air conditioning wasn’t the best - we had it on for about 3hrs before the room started to cool down.
3. The hinges on the bathroom door were loose and were being held by pieces of string.
4. The walls are dirty and damaged.
5. The shower is consistently hot - to the point you can’t shower because of the heat. Not to mention the bathroom floods because the door doesn’t reach the bottom of the floor and there is no lip to catch water down the drain. Not to mention the shower door also had no handle.
Did not like anything
The rooms are not as shown in photos, very bad condition, water leaking from AC, wall damages, cockroaches visible, next building night club no one can sleep peacefully whole night uptill 5am.
Great staff, very helpful, the evening receptionist went above and beyond.

Booked last minute and they could accommodate us. Well located.
No hot water in our room so we had to go to the first floor for a hot shower. We asked to change rooms but it wasn't possible. Sink isn't connected to any pipes so when you run the water it goes all over the floor. The next morning they checked the hot water but it was too late, we were getting ready to leave and turned off all the power without checking if we were inside so no lights for 10 mins. Right next to a pub that had loud music until 3am. Could feel the bass as we're trying to sleep.
