La playa del hotel es hermosa! El servicio de Abel en la zona de playa fue estupendo. Asoleadoras cómodas y sombrillas.
Habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas, aire acondicionado funcionando perfecto. Cama muy cómoda. Tienen restaurante y el desayuno es delicioso. A menos de 200 metros tienen un mercado para comprar elementos que te hagan falta. Y cuentan con excelente servicio para alquilar carritos de golf. La liempieza de la habitación excelente.
Podrían mejorar la ducha sin cortina.

The beach was beautiful, snorkeling great. Beds were comfortable. The staff is wonderful.
Just a few small changes could make the property so much better. For some reason there was only a couple of true palapa style shade structures on the beach. And the rest were the pop-up canopy style with tarp-like material tents. One was broken. Not like the booking.com photo, so a bit misleading. The shower to rinse off after swimming in the ocean is a trek up the stairs and around the back of the main hotel building. Why not closer to the beach? Free breakfast was great, but you couldn’t order off the menu. Not even to order additional fruit because it’s all rationed out for the free breakfast. It would have been nice to have a bit more flexibility during breakfast. Isla Contadora is very small and limited restaurant wise, so more options at the hotel would have been very welcome.
La playa espectacular, la vista que tiene el hotel es muy bonita. Recorrimos toda la isla y en nuestra opinión era la mejor playa. El personal es muy atento.
Le falta mantenimiento. Por ejemplo las poltronas en la playa estaban muy sucias.

Beautiful location and beach.
Nothing to dislike!
If you are going to Contadora Island this a the perfect place to stay. They pick you up at the ferry dock in a golf cart. We had booked a king room with ocean view and it was great - large and we loved the mirrored window that allowed us to see out but no one to see in during the day. If coming by ferry you arrive well before check in but they have a washroom where you can change, and you can use the facilities and restaurant. They’ll keep your luggage in the office area for you. When your room is ready (ours was well before check in time) they’ll let you know so you can move in.
The food at the restaurant was very good- we had planned to eat off site but we couldn’t find any where else with a better setting or food (based on reviews and what we saw walking around) so we continued to eat at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.
There is no pool on site- so the ocean is your only option and while we were there, there were some stinging creatures at low tide (possibly jellyfish?), so you had to be careful.

La plage privée est très bien équipée en chaises longues et parasols mais dommage que toute la journée des quads passent devant pour se rendre sur la plage du coup le charme est rompu.

Absolutely prefect location on a beautiful beach. The hotel is charming with lovely rooms and really nice staff. Delicious breakfast each morning looking out at the ocean.
A note to parents: kids under 6 only stay for free if they sleep in your bed. We arrived thinking a cot was free (had contacted the hotel in advance), but found out only when we arrived that it's an additional $40. Just something to be aware of when you select a room. Overall a really great place for families.
The location is fantastic! The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful.
