Hola,

Me gustaría presentar una observación sobre mi reserva. Al momento de reservar, en Booking aparecían disponibles únicamente habitaciones ubicadas en una zona con muchas escaleras. Sin embargo, al llegar al hotel observé que había habitaciones disponibles en áreas de más fácil acceso y sin escaleras.

Por mi edad y condición de jubilado, subir tantas escaleras me resulta difícil. Además, solicité información sobre el descuento para jubilados y no me fue aplicado.

Agradecería que revisaran esta situación y me indicaran si corresponde alguna consideración o ajuste.

Pros:

Hotel placé juste au dessus de la plus belle plage de l'ile, où on peut descendre directement de l'hotel. L'hotel est très calme. Le personnel est très sympathique et aux petits soins. Très bon petit déjeuner face à la mer.

Faltaba mantenimiento en las instalaciones , falta vestuarios muy básicos y sin mantenimiento, falta información de la isla y actividades

El hotel está en una ubicación privilegiada pero deben trabajar en los detalles.
Pros:

la ubicación es perfecta, justo frente al mar y la playa es espectacular.

Cons:

Los baños y la ducha del exterior del hotel están en muy mal estado y son insuficientes. La zona de la playa que pertenece al hotel la podrían mejorar, está descuidada. Tienen té y café de cortesía, pero realmente con el calor que hace deberían considerar tener agua en lugar de bebidas calientes.

Habitación amplia y cómoda. Desayuno bueno. Frente a hermosa playa.

Cons:

El ferry de regreso es a las 3:00 y el checkout es a las 11:00 por lo que se debe usar el baño del hotel para cambiarse antes de tomar el ferry. Este baño, necesita una reforma.

Enjoyable beach stay at peaceful Isla Contadora hotel.
Pros:

The location of Mar y Oro on a wonderful Isla Contadora Beach can’t be beat. This was one of the best beach stays that I have had. The views from the dining area are beautiful.
An excellent breakfast is prepared each morning. Beach umbrella/chair are included with your wrist band. I liked the daily beach towel check-out they had. Excellent drinks are prepared at their beach bar. Staff was kind and helpful about any question that I had. Hotel pickup/ drop off by golf cart is also included in the room charge. They are waiting at the boat when you disembark. It was a very relaxing beach stay and I hope to return.

Cons:

I agreed with the people who said that food prices in the restaurant are high. It seemed like many guests, myself included, ate elsewhere. I was glad that I brought a large bottle of water with me, as you have to get your own water. A Happy Hour would be a nice addition.
