Room for improvement
Pros:

aircon,pool access, security guards feel safe, elevator going to your unit. Netflix comfortable coaches, has plate and other utensils.

Cons:

i would suggest to fellow travel single or couples that will stay short time bring your own toilettries such us shampoo, toothbrush, conditioners, soap, hair drier, extra towels, slippers and what ever you needed. Short stay also cant access to washing machine so you need to find a laundry shop or bring extra clothes if you needed to change. bring as much as you want :) For the total amount that i pay for 2 nights and 3 days from other places we got full amenities but im so sorry to say and pardon me for being honest i was dissapointed because it didnt meet my expection based on the price i pay.

Exceptional
Pros:

Love the location because the building not too high, easy access to the main road and 10-minutes away to SnR and other establishments. The room is family friendly (we eat together like it fit for more than 12 pax 🥳) , clean and worth the price. My family enjoy it and had a great stay. The kids enjoy using the swimming pool. The host is very friendly, responsive and accommodating of our queries. The host allow our visitors to bond with us for few hours. For sure, I would recommend this host to my friends and family. 😊

Cons:

Not didn't like but just to suggest if they can put a shampoo & conditioner or shower soap as complimentary if the guests are family size. We've got only 1 pc of soap, toothbrush in one room. Also, suggest to put instruction how to on the washing machine for easy use 🙂.

Superb
Pros:

The owner is very accommodating. We had a comfortable stay.Rooms are small but nice and clean. My children enjoyed the pool and the playground.
