The staff welcoming, facilities and also the location. I located just on the main road. It surrounded by shops, not far from restaurant, Mac do, Burger King, etc…

Cons:

Time they close the main entrance and the assistance desk at 9pm.

Keep it up your standard your place is neat

I did like the receptionist ,she was nice and friendly.

Cons:

No hot water in the room. False advertisement, the area in which the property is located is very bad.Doors are closed at 9 pm and it's difficult to get back into the room.The place was is not worth the money.The shower was soon dirty...the floors are smet, they dont provide tooth paste or two clean towels....and it wasn't evens 11oclock they made sure to chase us away.

The light in the passage stays on all night.
No hot water
Cockroachers in the place.
Place next to a shebeen

We stayed 1 night and just gave up on the rest of the booking.

The place is convenient,the staff is friendly and there are shops nearby
Pros:

The location is central and provide easy accessibility to all tourist attractions.The venue does not provide catering but has a fully equiped kitchen for self catering

Cons:

There were some noisy people who came in one night but it did not happen again' I guess they got reprimanded
