My booking was not confirmed. Property advised they were fully booked and did not process my refund

The place is convenient,the staff is friendly and there are shops nearby
Pros:

The location is central and provide easy accessibility to all tourist attractions.The venue does not provide catering but has a fully equiped kitchen for self catering

Cons:

There were some noisy people who came in one night but it did not happen again' I guess they got reprimanded

Pros:

It was closer to my church venue abd that itbis central.

Cons:

There was no hot waterf first day it was 60% cold and 40% warm. Second day it was 50- 50. The bathroom floors are slippery which is a safety risk please look into adding mats. How is there a very tiny wardrobe- cupboard space and yet there are no rails ( how is that possible)? Please do something about it. The room had an uncomfortable smell first day, on the 2nd day it was OK. You only had one beige towel ( which you can improve on).
