Pros:

the owner offered me a bigger room with a window for a lower price which was very nice of him. the room is big and bright. the bathroom is nice

Cons:

dead insects were lying on the floor. their cocoons were hanging on the walls. there were 3 geckos in the room hidden under the curtains.
