Очень уютно и вкусные разнообразные завтраки прям в номер!😍 вежливый персонал. Лифта к сожалению нет, но мне помогли с чемоданом )

Отдыхали , семьёй 2 взрослых и ребенок , на все понравилось , и персонал , завтраки вкусные и сытные , заказывали из ресторана в номер еду все очень вкусное , хочу отметить Армена , работает в охране отеля и он нам сделал экскурсию на Севан , и по други достопримичательствам, нам порнравилось и были довольные ставлю оценку 10 из 10 , спасибо

Pros:

Obiekt jest oddalony od centrum miasta i dobrze mieć świadomość, że wszędzie należy dojechać taksówką. Hotel jest zadbany i posiada przestronne pokoje. Wszystkie udogodnienia są dostępne, jak w opisie. Personel bardzo otwarty i elastyczny. Śniadania smaczne i różnorodne natomiast są one podawane do pokoju, co nas zdziwiło.

Cons:

Przeszkadza trochę fakt, że raczej nie jest to okolica do spacerów i wszędzie trzeba jechać taxi

4 Armenian start maybe .

Cons:

Communication was very difficult because the staff did not speak English well. We had to use Google Translate most of the time, which made everything slow and stressful. Although they tried to help, it was still very hard to communicate.
In my opinion, this hotel does not feel like a 4-star hotel. Some things inside were broken or damaged, and the bathroom in the room where I stayed was deteriorated and in poor condition. The towels were torn and were not changed during the 3 days I stayed there. There was also no proper place to put the rubbish.
The breakfast was almost the same every morning, which was not pleasant after a few days. I only slept at the hotel, but it is far from the city centre and located in an area where you cannot really walk around safely or comfortably. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay.

La zona in lavorazione. Stanno sistemando giardino botanico vicino. Ma comunque fuori del casino della città!

L'armenia è fantastica, sicura e da esplorare. questo albergo è una scelta ottimale
Pros:

Ottima esperienza. Lo staff è stato super gentile, quasi familiare e accomodante in ogni richiesta. Lo staff è disponibile ad ogni ora, h24.
L'albergo offre camere grandi, comode e pulite. La colazione (servita in camera) super abbondante, anche troppo, e può essere variata a seconda delle richieste personali. Servizio ristorante anche molto efficiente e con prezzi accessibili.
Si può anche usare una sauna con piscina riscaldata privata, un'ora al giorno, gratuitamente che è un plus non di poco conto.
E' incluso un servizio aeroportuale gratuito, per l'andata o per il ritorno (se booking non lo inserisce, chiedete all'hotel direttamente).

Cons:

Tutto perfetto.
Sicuramente non è vicino al centro (dove alberghi di questo tipo costano molto di più), ma considerato che i taxi sono molto economici e facili da chiamare tramite app, la posizione non è mai stato un problema.
