Séjour parfait de 3 nuits
Pros:

Le service et le gentillesse des employés et du manager, le super espace piscine jacuzzi sauna, le confort, le service en chambre, tout était super !

Pros:

Бронировала номер для мамы на 1 ночь между перелетами. Маме все понравилось. Хочу отметить работу персонала, который был на связи просто 24 часа в сутки. Организовали персональную встречу мамы из аэропорта, а также трансфер на следующий день в аэропорт. Помогли с багажом. И вообще очень захотелось самой там побывать.
Рекомендую однозначно, особенно, если бронировать для близких людей, при отсутствии возможности личного сопровождения.

Pros:

Ничего не понравилось. Это не отель, а хостел!!!!!!! За такую цену, можно снять прекрасный отель в центре.

Cons:

Не убирали, персонал очень не тактичный!!!! С ребенком отдыхать не советую!!!!

Příjemný zážitek, ale chtělo by zlepšit servis
Pros:

Hotel je krásný, příjemný, prezidentské apartmá je prostorné 120 m2 velké, má soukromou garáž, ze které se jde po schodech do velikého salonu s velkým stolem a prostornou sedací soupravou. Vše ve stylu Ludvíka XVI. Ze salonu je dvojlůžkový pokoj s koupelnou, místnost s vířivkou a schody do dalšího patra, kde se nachází další dvoulůžkový pokoj s koupelnou. Vířivka je příjemný relax po celém dni. K dispozici je i sauna a prý i bazén, ale z časových důvodu jsme nevyužili.

Cons:

Snídani nosí na pokoj po předchozím zavolání. Docela nás překvapilo, že špinavé nádobí a nedojedené zbytky snídaně nikdo neodnesl, zůstalo to celý den na stole. Abychom mohli stůl použít, museli jsme si vše posunout na kraj stolu. Druhý den nám přinesli další snídani, ale neodnesli ze stolu špinavé nádobí a zbytky jídel po snídani včerejší. Hrnečky a příbory jsme si museli umýt, abychom se mohli najíst, byly tam jen ty špinavé od předchozí snídaně. Čekali jsme, že vše odnesou během dne, co jsme byli pryč nebo alespoň když přinesli snídani další, ale nebylo tomu tak. Nedovedu si představit, že bychom tam byly týden, kam bychom odkládali zbytky a špinavé nádobí. Také jsme u snídaně postrádali džus, který bývá všude a ovoce.
Překvapilo nás, že nikdo nepřišel apartmán uklidit. Po návštěvě vířivky jsme měli mokré ručníky i župany, které nestačily za celý den uschnout. Ráno i další den jsme se museli utírat do mokrých. Ani tam nebyl nikde prostor, kam by se daly pověsit.
Horní pokoj nemá okna, byla tam sice klimatizace, ta ale nefungovala, hučela ale nechladila, tak bylo v pokoji velké horko a nedalo se vyvětrat.

Roma Hotel Armenian wdsf 2025
Pros:

The personnel was excellent and extremely friendly from the reception up to the Chef. Special thanks to Anna who works at the reception she made our two days stay a wonderful experience. My best regards to the Chef food and breakfast on time and very delicious.
