friendliness of staff, shuttle service, happy hour, & pleased that it was native american owned!
just wished there hadn’t been a fire at the santa fe hotel would have liked a restaurant on property. I wish them well in the repairs.
The location was across from many restaurants and stores I frequent when I’m in Santa Fe.
I was NOT informed until the day of travel (via text) that the hotel had actually experienced a fire so significant that it made the restaurant and main hotel uninhabitable. Imagine I am boarding a train to Dante on learn this. I panicked. There was no one to call. Finally, I was able to get hold of a lovely woman at the Hacienda part of the hotel, Katrina. We worked out a deal and I didn’t have to make a last-minute hotel change. I’d booked the hotel for its restaurant and location so it was a bummer. I had to manage the situation instead of just enjoying my short vacation so for that, I wasn’t very pleased.
Nice rooms nice pool area good location
The staff was kind, engaging and helpful. We enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and the generous happy hours in their upper floor indoor and outdoor setting in the Hacienda building. Although we were not right near the square we walked most places but did utilize the shuttle after dinner a couple of evenings. Quick walk to the farmers market on Saturdays which was a highlight.
Nothing
Breakfast was nice but not exceptional. Room was good sized and nice and clean
The property is clean, the Hacienda is nicely removed from the main facility.
Parking is difficult due to smaller spaces. It left me feeling concern for getting door dents. My vehicle was not damaged, but I have tree sap ALL over a rather expensive vehicle. We received a text the evening before departure asking about our leave plans and then knocking on the door at 8:26am Sunday morning and again at 9:20am to see when we would vacate the room. I found that distasteful for a room costing $750 per night. There was an amazing individual monitoring the Hacienda lounge. She had been with the hotel 15 years, was such a delight to speak with and truly enjoyed working for the organization and helping guests. I believe her name was Alliana. We really enjoyed talking with her as we were both locals and had quite a bit in common.
Was very easy to get around they had a shuttle that could take you to the plaza, which wasn't far within walking distance
The housekeepers they purposely set our alarm for 5 AM on our last day there🤬
I liked the friendly service and the size of the room.
I did not like the pillows (way too lumpy) and the TV was way too small for comfortable viewing.
some of the staff. !!!!!
To much to disclose
Beautiful property well taken care of staff was lovely. Walking distance to downtown Santa Fe and right next to the Santa Fe Depot train station.
Pool wasn’t opened but very minor we didn’t realize it was still off season.
We verbleven in de Hacienda. De kamers waren comfortabel, sfeervol ingericht. En de haard was heerlijk! Het was nog fris toen we er waren.
De douche is heerlijk. Volle, stevige straal. Heerlijk bed!
