Great New Mexico feel hotel
Pros:

I liked the friendly service and the size of the room.

Cons:

I did not like the pillows (way too lumpy) and the TV was way too small for comfortable viewing.

If you’re looking for a romantic spot to stay on Santa Fe then look no further. This is your spot.
Pros:

Beautiful property well taken care of staff was lovely. Walking distance to downtown Santa Fe and right next to the Santa Fe Depot train station.

Cons:

Pool wasn’t opened but very minor we didn’t realize it was still off season.

Sfeervol, comfortabel.
Pros:

We verbleven in de Hacienda. De kamers waren comfortabel, sfeervol ingericht. En de haard was heerlijk! Het was nog fris toen we er waren.
De douche is heerlijk. Volle, stevige straal. Heerlijk bed!

Very cute with great decorations of New Mexico.It was nice to have a fireplace but it owuld have been nice to have more comfortable chairs in the room. The hotel overall was quaint but a major problem is most things don't start till 7 am...as an east coast traveler, this is rather late.

Cons:

The room size was ok but the room needed to have a desk or something to sit at. Also the arm chairs were not comfortable, they would benefit from an ottoman. Also it would be nice to have more lights in the room.

Beautiful property, with amazing Native American artwork throughout the property with gracious staff
Pros:

The Hacienda was great! The butler and all service staff were so gracious and accommodating. It's obvious that they have been well trained, but also that they care for their guests. The complimentary shuttle service was amazing and much appreciated! We learned a little bit of history from the driver's "tour guide" commentary as he drove us through Santa Fe.

Cons:

The first room we were assigned had a broken air conditioner, and it was intolerably hot. They immediately got us another room. Unfortunately it was smaller/cramped, and on the floor above, it was obvious that there was major construction/renovation going on. Very noisy until late in the evening.

When in Sante Fe this is the only place we will stay
Pros:

EVERYTHING!!!! The staff was 10+ , the butler service was above amazing !! The room was gorgeous and the food was fantastic

Excellent. Staff are attentive and the hacienda and spa offer great amenities to make you feel special
Pros:

A true destination hotel. Beautiful enough you don’t need to leave to feel the culture.

Cons:

I prefer memory foam mattress rather than pillow top. But thats a person to person preference.
