It is a nice place to say in Kazbegi with kind and attentive staff. Thank you!
Pros:

The view from our room and the location was fantastic. Event it was -14 degrees outside, the hotel was very warm and cozy. A hot pool is just what you need on cold winter days. We had a small force majeure about our car, but the staff turned out to be very attentive and we are very grateful to them. Special thanks to Mirza and Shako, and a lady with a short curly hair (don't remember her name).

Cons:

It would be helpful if there were a sign with the hotel’s name at the turn, so guests wouldn’t need to call and ask for directions;
Unfortunately, two vegan members of our group were left almost hungry at breakfast, as there was little they could eat apart from three types of vegetables and bread. It would be great if at least one plant-based milk alternative were available at the buffet. Otherwise, the breakfast we ordered was decent;

A wonderful hotel for a vacation with children: the family room has everything you need, and the window offers a postcard-perfect view of the mountains. Very clean, quiet, and incredibly beautiful—we'll definitely be back!

Pros:

The hotel was decent overall. The pool could have used a bit more cleaning, and there were some minor details that needed improvement, but we still had a good stay. Regarding the staff: the woman at reception was initially quite rude when a small issue arose. However, a very lovely girl (I believe her name was Ana) stepped in and resolved the problem immediately. She was very polite and had a great smile. Overall, thanks to the hotel for a nice vacation

Pros:

É difficile dire cosa ci sia piaciuto di questa struttura… forse la vista dal giardino, visto che dalla camera invece non si vedeva quasi nulla a causa degli edifici di fronte.

Cons:

Qui invece la lista è lunga.
Iniziamo dal prezzo davvero molto alto a fronte dei servizi pessimi e della qualità della struttura.
Per citare solo alcune delle problematiche riscontrate, la camera era fredda, molto puzzolente di marcio, è piuttosto sporca.
La colazione aveva un costo talmente alto che abbiamo comprato delle cose da mangiare in camera, peccato che il frigorifero non funzionasse. Abbiamo chiamato lo staff, che ha risposto inizialmente che qualcuno sarebbe subito arrivato. Nessuno si è mai presentato. Nessuno ha mai più risposto né al telefono né via Booking, salvo mandare un messaggio automatico di scuse quando ormai eravamo ripartiti il giorno dopo. La metà delle lampade era rotta. Ci siamo trascinati dietro un calorifero elettrico per passare la notte. I piumoni del letto erano minuscoli. Negli armadi c’erano resti di ospiti precedenti. Non c’erano coperte in più… imbarazzante!
