Hotel with great potential, but management prefers fight threats over solutions
Pros:

Makes a very good first impression (nice rooms) and we got treated well on our first day. We are still not sure why this took a turn later on. See negative review below.

We cannot recommend this hotel!

Cons:

There was an issue with another guest in the spa area, to which the hotel staff responded inappropriately. To anticipate the hotel’s reply, I want to emphasize that this was NOT about the other guest loudly making a video call (!) in the pool.

The hotel staff thought the best solution was to initiate a confrontation while other guests were in the same room. After the guest's threat to step outside and fight (he even hit the wall with his fist), I urged the listening restaurant manager who initiated the situation to ask the guest to leave, which he refused on the spot. The threatening guest continued to be served at the bar, while my companion and I could no longer remain in the breakfast room as we DID NOT FEEL SAFE.
During the subsequent attempts to clarify things with the hotel staff, we were constantly interrupted, which is why no satisfactory solution could be found. Finally, the general manager rushed over, who let me finish my sentence just as little. Therefore, the team still thinks the conflict was about a phone call, instead of the explicit threat. What a shame!

Note:
Additionally, people vape in the spa area. It’s not for everyone. They will also jump in the water in their cotton underwear without showering. Unhygienic!

Pros:

Die Lage ist einzigartig, der Blick aus dem Fenster, unmittelbar auf die Kirche gegenüber ein Traum! Das Frühstück war wirklich gut , auch das Abendessen ordentlich, das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend .

Cons:

Das Schwimmbad war nicht besonders, zu klein und nicht sehr einladend. Es hat stark geregnet in den Tagen und an einigen Stellen hat es in das Gebäude geregnet, auch ein Schlafzimmer wurde etwas feucht

Für Kazbegi eine gute Unterkunft
Pros:

Sehr schöner Blick, schön eingerichtet

Cons:

Zum Teil undichte Stellen mit Wassereimern. Frühstück wenig Abwechslung.

Good place, 7/10
Pros:

The location is good view. A bit of a walk up the mointain? But since u r there that shudnt be a problem. There is a store where the hill startsm that helped. We got a family room which was newer.
The heated pool was gr8 fun for the kids.

Cons:

The sofa bed was quite painful to sleep in so we just put the mattress on the floor, which helped.
There r some huts just infront, so they do block the view partially.

Pros:

I visited during low season and the hotel was the perfect place to switch off and enjoy the surrounding nature.
The food was excellent, the views were stunning, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout my stay. A special thank you to the management team for going above and beyond to make my visit memorable :)

Pros:

Сам готель гарний, тераса шикарна, з видом на невеликий парк, все зроблено зі смаком ( крім номера, де ми жили)). Парковка прямо біля готелю, машин небагато. Сніданки чудові, все смачно ( крім кави, але з тим у всіх готелях де ми були проблема).

Cons:

Наш номер не мав нормального вікна. По задумці архітектора вікно на всю стіну, але відкривається зверху, не зручно, і закрито з вулиці декоративними деревяшками , а зі сторони кімнати стоїть раковина👌 тому помити його не можливо в принципі. Тому в кімнаті темно. І видно брудне велике вікно) Ну і плата за пуделя в 75 ларі так собі.

Górski hotel z pięknym widokiem, prawdziwy relaks.
Pros:

Super hotel, piękny widok na panoramę gór. Czysto, nowocześnie i przestronnie. Fajny basen w cenie pokoju. Dobre śniadanie za 30 gel.

Cons:

Sauna niestety dodatkowo płatna, aż 50 gel za osobę za godzinę.
