Pros:

Location is great, room was clean and comfortable. The pool and sundeck were nice.
Balcony is a great addition to the room with a stunning view. Coffee, tea and water is provided daily which is awesome.

Cons:

We were on the first floor and it was very noisy. Guests or staff were shouting and making noise late at night (until mid night) which kept me up one night. The rest of the nights were fine noise wise. The room can get very warm, but if you open the balcony door that will solve it self. However, staff and guests were smoking right below our room which was bothering us.

Cons:

Das Familienzimmer bietet leider keinen Ausblick – statt der auf den Bildern gezeigten Aussicht blickt man direkt auf eine Hauswand. Zudem ist die Belüftung sehr schlecht: Im Schlafbereich gibt es nur ein kleines Fenster, keine Klimaanlage und die Luft staut sich, sodass es nachts unangenehm heiß wird.

Pros:

1. Чистый трёхуровневый (!) номер с видом на горы. В номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного пребывания
2. Приветливый персонал как на ресепшене, так и в ресторане/баре
3. Вкусный завтрак (30 GEL за взрослого, дети бесплатно)
4. Закрытый бассейн (есть возможность искупаться в любую погоду) + сауна

Cons:

Не критично, но хотелось бы улучшить зону для парковки автомобиля, и в целом благоустроить входную зону отеля

Amazing location!
Pros:

Good location, rooms are modern & hotel amenities are great. Staff are amazing & very friendly. Amazing area!

Cons:

The breakfast (additional) lacked good variety, but had basics like pancakes, bread, cheese & cereal.
