Месторасположение супер, красивый вид из окна, в номере чисто и очень тепло, теплые уютные халаты. Номер очень маленький но в нем всего достаточно.
Нет холодильника, и плохо работал фен.
Views are fantastic, having a pool made our stay more enjoyable.
Reception staff was great and helpful.
On the other side the restaurant staff was uninterested and not very proactive.
Maintenance is needed everywhere, from doors handles to hanging curtains. Easily could be a 10/10 if those maintenance imperfections were fixed.

!!! 1. В номере под гипсокартонным потолком были мыши, они скреблись и мешали спать.
2. Слышимость, стены между номерами из гипсокартона, общий балкон с соседним номером. Соседи разговаривали как будто в нашем номере. Вопрос к персоналу: зачем с такой слышимостью людей селить в соседние номера, если отель был пустой.
3. Персонал не почистил снег, хотя снегопад прекратился несколько дней назад. Лестница к главному входу вся во льду.
4. Персонал купил под балконом и вонь и дым шла как раз на нашу сторону.
5. Каменный неудобный матрас.

The restaurant and food was worse than the hotel itself.
We had an unfortunate issue with our car on the way to the hotel and had to leave it on the road, which caused us to arrive quite late. Despite this, the staff welcomed us with exceptional kindness and understanding. They even asked the kitchen to stay open longer so we could still have dinner, which we truly appreciated after a long and stressful journey.
Additionally, they kindly offered assistance regarding our car situation, which went above and beyond our expectations.
The hotel itself is a wonderful place with an amazing view, but what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding hospitality. Thank you for turning a difficult situation into such a positive experience.

Понравилось многое, персонал отзывчивый, свежий, стильный ремонт в номерах, выход на террасу, бассейн и сауна хорошие, в ресторане было вкусно.
Нет убираются и даже мусор не выносят, если не попросить на ресепшене. Матрас на диване был не совсем удобный, пришлось спать всем на 1 кровати.
Все отлично! Персонал очень вежливый, в номере чисто.
