Pros:

De locatie en de rust. Leuke lobby. Personeel is behulpzaam

Cons:

Luidruchtig zwembad omdat er zwemlessen doorgaan voor kids. De standaard en sommige superiorkamers zijn eigenlijk identiek (behalve een koffiezetapparaat en ander bed (?)). Geen reden om een superior te boeken dus.

Loved it will stay again
Pros:

Good size room nice food enjoyed the pool and hot tub and loved the Elvis show last night

Cons:

Maybe would of been good to have a small fridge in the room for drinks in this hot weather

Pros:

Hotel itself staff, food and entertainment very good.

Cons:

Toilet in our room was NOT clean on arrival. Also a lot of dust on skirting and lights.

Pool surrounding very very slippy. Badly needs slip mats especially as never and staff around.

I enjoyed my stay , the room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. The food was great and value
Pros:

The hotel was great and view out my window over looking the tower was lovely.. there was a lot of attention to detail. The food was good value and there was a lot of choice at breakfast..
the room had everything that you needed , very comfortable.

Cons:

Not much of negative, it was a bit dated and deserves a little make over.
I did send a few messages to the hotel prior to going but never got a response

Enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t have an evening meal there again. Breakfast was nice though.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, clean and tidy.

Cons:

WiFi was awful, We were down stairs from reception. We ate in the restaurant on the second night. Meat was dry and the steak over cooked.

Attentive housekeeping.
Pool was nice.
Room was a good size.
Plenty of parking.

Cons:

No plug sockets by the bed so we couldn't charge our phones overnight. I recommend getting lamps with USB ports integrated.

No hooks or rails at all to hang towels so we couldn't dry our towels and had to have them replaced every day.

The carpet was worn and grotty.

The chair was visibly worn and needs replacing.

No spoons provided with the tea and coffee making equipment which was annoying.

Pros:

The staff were all friendly and amazing. The facilities were good, the pool, sky TV and the evening meal abd breakfast was delicious. It also had a lift and air-conditioning.

A nice stay - everything I wanted
Pros:

Room were clean - we ate in restaurant and food was good.

Cons:

I don’t like that we have to pay extra to use the pool & spa - paid enough for the room - it should be included. A fridge in the room would also be nice.

Great Hotel with great character and charm 
Pros:

The falsities were great, easy parking, great pool and spar , and good breakfast, also with the current heatwave the air conditioning was very welcoming , lovely large room.

Cons:

Hotel A little far away from the city centre than we would of liked, and decor was a little dated , but with a 24 hr garage nearby and a large room with a great view, those small things were soon forgotten,
