Great hotel and lovely spa!
Pros:

The spa was lovely and a great location with easy access to other areas. Nice large airy rooms. Great breakfast choice and evening meal menu was reasonable as well.

Cons:

A few niggles during the stay, had to be moved to another room as the shower was stuck on red hot, but the hotel quickly swapped our room.
In the spa the steam room wasn't working the whole weekend we were there.
And nothing to do with the hotel , but the road works on the A483 at the time were ridiculous, as depending on direction of travel you could not turn off to the hotel.

Pros:

We enjoyed the pool and sauna. The bed was comfy.

Cons:

The room was very dated and dusty. Tv was small and flickered. The cushions smelt musty. The restaurant floor was still sticky from the night before when we went to get breakfast. Outside of the building could do with a freshen up.

Okay for what we needed but without pool facilities a very dated and disappointing venue
Pros:

Pool and Spa facilities very good.
Staff lovely and polite

Cons:

Hotel very dated overall. Rooms were clean but beds were very small for 2 people, even when 1 adult 1 child.
Not enough towels left in room for number of people staying.

Lovely relaxing stay after exploring the beaches in the area.
Pros:

We checked in later than expected and the evening receptionist was very rude, which did make us feel uncomfortable and nervous about the stay. However, the next morning we were greeted with very friendly staff, good breakfast and great facilities.

Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and clean

Cons:

The steam room wasn't working and there wasn't many/any staff at the spa clearing the seating areas.

Good value, easy to get to from Swansea, Fawley Towers for the evening meal!
Pros:

Quiet location, good value, nice breakfast, clean pool

Cons:

The restaurant nanager had an awful attitude. Unhelpful and dismissive. The staff untrained and fearful.

A great hotel with a family run feel
Pros:

Great spacious room , with a lovely view of the Tower.The spa area was very relaxing and not too busy.Breakfast and Dinner exceeded my expectations .The staff are all polite and well trained and give you a warm reception

Cons:

Not a criticism but perhaps the addition of a bean to cup coffee machine would be great or have a barista style coffee machine

Needs improvement
Pros:

The tower was a lovely scene to look at.

Cons:

The room was ok but outdated, bathroom tiles had no grouting left, door was chipped and scratched, loud buzzing from vent during the night, cushion on bed was dirty, no bedside charging point, loud clicking noise against wall, restaurant staff could have been friendlier during breakfast.
