Due to treatments taking place around the pool area, children are unable to use the recreational facilities between 11am and 4pm. The hotel operates a flexible approach to this policy.
A deposit may be required at the property.
Restaurant food was really nice, staff very friendly.
Room was clean.
Pool water was cold, not enough loungers there for everyone who was there at the time.
Robes + slippers should be provided for anyone who has spa sessions not just for treatments.
Also place needs a bit of updating.
Was nice and clean my wife and daughter loves the pool breakfast was lovely and the staff couldn't be more helpful or friendly
Friendly staff. We had a room in the annex part of the hotel. Room was a good size but is showing signs of age now.
Pool area was clean and nice to use.
Evening meal was very nice, ate from the set menu.
Breakfast felt disorganised.
The way breakfast was served.
Continental was buffet style. Cooked was served to you canteen style, which was ok except if you wanted toast or poached egg on your breakfast then tbese were cooked to order. Meaning my partners breakfast arrived a good 10-15 mins after i'd sat down with mine. Not the best .
Spacious rooms with air con, clean, good breakfast, excellent spa/pool, ample free parking.
Rooms a little dated snd a fridge would be good. Wifi pretty terrible.
Friendly, clean and good facilities.. Food was good and prices for restaurant were good for the quality of the food.
Very welcoming staff friendly
Room was lovely bed very comfortable nice bath open patio doors in the room
Breakfast was very nice too
Everything to be fair
The view
The place is run down with tired facilities
Lovely well maintained pool area, sauna and sunbeds.
Easy access from M4. Friendly staff. Air con n rooms.
Room was tired and dated, floor not hoovered before arrival (we didn’t arrive till 10pm on a Sunday and had pre-booked months earlier, so no excuses). Cleaning in corners of en-suite and bedroom not thorough; maintenance of room/bathroom not upto date, bathroom fan making loud noise (needed replacement). Disappointing considering we paid £234 for two nights in a twin. Ground floor room allocated with patio door, wasn’t told beforehand and would not have chosen ground as patio door as a window so couldn’t leave open for air re. security and no privacy. Breakfast offered a reasonable, but old fashioned selection and was strangely laid out in the bar - lots of staff on, but ridiculous procedures, eg, wait 10 min for poached egg and hot had to be served but wasn’t fresh cooked, whereas rest self service.
We really enjoyed our stay at Towers and Spa. Our room was lovely , clean, comfortable and really spacious. The food was excellent, both in the evening and at breakfast, and we were really pleased with the great choice of gluten-free options on the menu. We also loved spending time in the swimming pool. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful.
We honestly were very happy with our stay but if we had to mention anything to improve we would have loved to have a small fridge in the room and skimmed milk! The room doors also slam quite loudly if not held, which can be annoying for other guests, and we didn’t realise you need a £1 coin for the swimming pool lockers.
I liked everything about our stay. It was my Birthday and I enjoyed all the Hotels facillities
There was nothing I did not like. I will stay at this Hotel again
Fabulous facilities
Easy to find , clean , comfortable, easy acfess to things like air con, great food choices throughout the day , great views , friendly staff
Shower head could be improved
Other than that there wasnt anything else I didnt like
The hotel facilities and the extremely helpful staff is the reason for really liking this hotel
It is school holidays and they put a restriction on the swimming pool usage for children. They don't allow children to enjoy the swimming pool after 7pm and some of the staff wait there until you leave. Had I known this before hand maybe we would have looked into a different hotel. But overall it was a good stay
The spa facilities were great wish the steam room was working but none the less all else were great part of our stay. The hotel offers plenty of parking and the staff were kind and welcoming. The room was nicely serviced too. Staff here work super hard and efficiently which makes all the difference to wanting to come back again.
Steam room was not working.
Thats all I could think of all else good.
Excellent breakfast and a good variety
We had an evening ( not included in the booking ) and the parsnips and stuffed balls were rock hard and inedible.
Great location, close to M4, not far from town centre. Spa area is lovely
Nothing
Breakfast was quite good 7/10.
Rooms were decent 7/10 (little outdated/bare)
Area looked a bit run down. Dead plants, overgrown. Scruffy looking. Definitely needs a touch up.
Very average - outdated, spa was average (steam room didn’t work)
They are still hanging on to their “best Spa award 2013” which was quite funny. Closer to the 90s than present.
Paid £122 for the night. £60 max.
