The relaxing vibes

We were not advised children were unable to acsess the facilities after 10am , i read the terms and conditions on arrival which advised we were able to acsess facilities between 3pm & 11pm. It was only when i read the small print at the back of the terms and conditions i could see times differed for children .
Pool was great, beds were comfy...
The bathroom sink wasn't great, I took the plug out because it wasn't draining and it was very dirty, with hair and mould. The overflow was also manky...
The toilet had been repaired instead of replaced.
The lock knobs on the door had been glued, again instead being replaced. Evening meal also wasn't worth the money....

The spa area is lovely and the breakfast was 10 out of 10.
The rooms are over priced
We had a superior double room
144 with breakfast and the carpet was wet by window due to damp, which made the room smell a bit damp.
Furniture was worn needs updating.
Overall the hotel very good value for money . Sunday lunch excellent no complaints there. Leisure area excellent staff very helpful and massage brilliant

Would be useful to know it is in separate building in order to take correct shoes and clothes to walk there plus coin for locker.
All staff very friendly. Visit for evening function which was good, bar staff, buffet etc. Breakfast fine. Room and bathroom fine.
Minor point that I only found out at midnight when trying to watch TV. TV remote battery not working and I didn't want to call reception as so late. Therefore no TV or radio pre-breakfast. Minor point and reception said they would have come at midnight and were pleased I reported it.

The room was dirty dust everywhere in desperate need of updating , stains on carpet and ceiling , beds are really small and the painting and finishing touches looks like a 5 year old could of done better job
