Pros:

Upgraded to junior suite. Room size excellent. Very clean Bed very comfortable

Lovely hotel and staff, good food, good location and easy to see the tower on approach. Highly recommended
Pros:

A good place to stop and explore the local area, comfy bed nice room, friendly staff and fantastic breakfast. There is a spa also, but we didn’t use it. The evening meal was very good with hungry sized portions and not expensive compared to other hotels we have stayed in.

Cheap night away
Pros:

The pool and jacuzzi lovely and warm. Plenty of lounger s to sit around and relax. Lovely meal in restaurant which was good value for money.
Staff very pleasant.

Cons:

Changing room at pool not very big, could do with upgrade.
Hotel a little tired looking in places, but a very reasonable place to enjoy a quick break

The pool and spa were perfect, just the steam spa did not work at the time I was there, which was not a big deal for me.

Cons:

It would be better if the hot breakfast was open buffet (Self-service)
