The amazing relaxation of the hotel room, pool and jacuzzi and beautiful food. All staff were very friendly and welcoming even tho it was our 1st stay at the towers. We celebrated our 10th anniversary in such a beautiful place x
The only problem we had was the patio door was broken and when opened,it tilted in hanging only on one hinge
Breakfast was good but a coffee/tea machine would be an improvement
Didn't like jugs of tea/ coffee. The food quality was good but portion sizes are far too big and must result in a lot of food waste. The size of portion is off putting.

Place was clean and tidy although the toilet didn't work in first room we had , we had upgrade room which was a nice touch
Only small thing i would change would be a free to use buffet at breakfast as it was served rather than pick what you want. Trivial thing but maybe a reason for that
The location
The staff where rude, the lady manager was really rude and horrible, had a hen night there, cans fell out of my boot and leaked in car park as I was carrying the cans to the bin which the only bin close enough was by reception, she came shooting out and told me yhis was not allowed and it was not that kind of hotel, firstly you shouldn't have hen party there then and secondly if she had asked I would have explained what had actually happened but later on that kight there where people smoking weed above our room and by the outside doors to bar which you could smell strong but nothing was said to them
