everything was nice, cozy and relaxing
The second night we ate at the Verbena restaurant and our second course took ages to arrive (we had to ask and wait a bit more). Was unhappy with the wait. Everything else was perfect.
This was not my first visit, and I continue to really enjoy staying here. I would definitely recommend the hotel. The breakfast is amazing, and the restaurants and spa are very good. The swimming pools are also excellent and add a lot to the overall experience.
The prices are quite high, including the spa prices. Getting from the hotel to the town also takes around 40 minutes, including about 10 minutes by cable car and 30 minutes by boat. The room service food options could also be improved, with more variety and better choices.
