Pros:

I had a great experience with this property. The location is excellent—very close to the market and easily accessible from other parts of the city. The in-house facilities are impressive, especially the fully equipped kitchen that includes all the necessary accessories, making cooking convenient and hassle-free. The water purifier is a thoughtful addition that ensures a steady supply of clean water. The entire apartment is well-maintained, clean, and in great condition. Plus, the uninterrupted Wi-Fi and OTT connections are a big bonus, adding to the overall comfort and convenience. Highly recommended!

Cons:

While the property overall is well-maintained and comfortable, one issue I faced was during power cuts. The inverter connection does not cover the lights in both bathrooms, which was quite inconvenient. Since the flat is on the ground floor, both bathrooms become very dark and difficult to use even during the daytime when there's no electricity. Adding inverter support to the bathroom lights would significantly improve the experience.

The property is at a very peaceful location. It is a 2BHK ground floor apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. it has all the amenities and all the bedrooms have attached washroom.

Both the washrooms can have exhaust fans in them, causing smell to stay

Centrally located. The manager was extremely helpful and cooperative. Location was excellent.

Cons:

The rooms could have been cleaner. Also the kitchen - which was quite huge by the way. The bathing space in the attached bathroom was small. Also, more utensils and cutlery in the kitchen would have been preferred.
