There is no more sea views due to the new tall buildings along the sea front, the “sea view” consists of a tiny portion of the city view. Towels smelt damp after one use and staff will not change until the 3rd day of staying. Deposit fluctuates between visitors, I was told 500k and witnessed another of only 200k, the only service you get with the deposit is 2 bottles of water each day. Attitude of staff is that they just don’t care. My room came with a bath however my hot water was turned off on the first day - easily fixed however the plug hole does not retain water and there is mould around the edges. Huge dust bunnies under the bed but I didn’t really care about that, just made me think of how clean the room actually is. Photos show towel conditions, cracked glass and the apparent ‘sea view’

Wifi very slow. Bathroom very old and dirty. Hairs in bath. Toilet was blocked. Poor lighting. Smelt unpleasant. Just do old and tired looking. Very small balcony. Bed really hard. Breakfast was boring. Absolutely filthy dining room. This hotel is old amd need entire renovation.

WARNING: Booking.com Breaks Written Promises and Abandons Customers

Do not trust Booking.com to protect you if something goes wrong with your stay. They will make promises in writing and then completely abandon you when the hotel refuses to cooperate.
I booked the Adina Hotel Da Nang Beach through their platform. When I arrived, the room was a severe health hazard—trash under the bed, heavy dust, insects, and opened, used dental kits left behind by previous guests. I had to leave immediately for my own safety.

I provided photo evidence to Booking.com customer service. Their agent investigated and explicitly promised me in writing that my reservation was "canceled for free" and that I was owed a full cash refund (over 12.5 million VND / 8.2 million IDR).

However, when the hotel flat-out refused to return my money, Booking.com completely backed down. Instead of enforcing their own written guarantee and protecting me, they let the hotel keep my cash. To make matters worse, they tried to silence me by forcing a useless, partial "Travel Credit" (only 1.7 million VND) into my app wallet instead of refunding my credit card.

Booking.com acts like they have your back, but they are just a middleman that takes zero responsibility when a property scams you. I am now forced to go through a lengthy Visa Chargeback process with my bank and government regulators just to get my stolen money back.
Book directly with hotels or use a platform that actually honors its own refund guarantees.

Avoid Booking.com at all costs!

Domluva s personálem byla špatná, když je člověk o něco požádal, musel se několikrát připomenout, aby to udělali. Nepohodlná postel, nefungující úklid, prostěradlo nám ani jednou za pobyt nevyměnili, bylo roztrhané a celkově špatné. Nefunkční teplá voda první dny. Snídaně velmi skromná.

Hotel nie przyjal płatności co spowodowalo zablokowanie możliwości edycji rezerwacji ( w celu ominiecia prowizji) do hotelu przybylem w nocy zmeczony zostawilem paszport w celu check in i poprosilem o mozliwość załatwienia formalności na dzień jutrzejszy. Recepcja zażądała 1.5mln dongów więcej za moj pobyt(45 dni)niż cena podana przez booking + 5% za płatność kartą. Po moim zdziwieniu, odmowie i rezygnacji recepcjonistka zażądała opłacenia za całość rezerwacji pod groźbą nie oddania paszportu zczego przez blisko 2.5h przetrzymywala mój paszport. Po 2.5h i groźbie wezwania służb zażądała dokonania zmian w rezerwacji co było nie możliwe przez nie odebranie opłaty przez hotel(płatność bezpośrednio przez booking.) Po łącznie około 3h odzyskałem paszport przepłacając za 2 dniowy pobyt - booking do dzis nie zareagowal. Za dużo stresu jak na wakacje a hotel na tym żeruje. Niestety Wietnam turystycznie nie jest gotowy i piękna plaża tego nie naprawi. Śniadanie które jest w cenie jest różne 1 dnia było zjadliwe drugiego gdy kucharz był na sali było jak najbardziej dobre. Pokoje niby czyste jednak walało się pełno włosów czy to na łóżku czy to w łazience.

The cleanliness of the room was awful, the shower and bathroom was dirty, no hot water in the room for the duration of the day (although other people we spoke to did have hot water, only one person also didn't), the toilet, well I will leave it to your imagination the state that was left in when we checked in. As for the room, we were ill from the A/C due to the filters clearly having not been changed in a long time. We also assumed we would be the only guests checking in, we were wrong, our entire stay was accompanied by ants, constantly on the beds, cabinets and all over food items. I have stayed in a number of different hotels over the last few months here in Danang and this is definitely my worst experience thus far.

When I arrived my room was very dirty and when asked if they could clean it, they said rooms are not cleaned every day. When mentioned the state of the bed sheets, they agreed to clean it. When I returned the half empty water bottles and dirty coffee cups that had been used. It appeared the one sheet was replaced. I argued for a refund as I couldn’t stay there. I had to pay cash as well as their machine didn’t work at the moment. Long story short ! Stay away…

There was a shower Bath but very dirty. There was no hot water so ı couldnt shower for a week. İ'd wanted to use the kettle, unfortunate there was disgusting hair ın it. In my seven days say, they said the rooms would be cleaned ın every three Days. The cleaners were very cold, it seems like they didn't like the job they are doing. Even after cleaning, you see Hair coming from all angles. Last, the breakfast was too early, from 6:30 to 8:30 am. With the hotel price, İt's not worth it.

I have book a sea view room but the only last room they have is no window. So I did not check in.
