Overall, great hotel. Very convenient location staff or staff were very helpful.
Entrance is not accessible. A wheelchair user would not have been able to enter. Noise insulation was poor. I could hear sound from neighboring rooms and the street downside of the location is that it was loud until late at night.
Excellent location. Room was cozy perfect for skiing with good ventilation. The star is the jacuzzi. Breakfast is small but high quality. And the reception including the dog were very friendly.
Location was wonderful!! Unfortunately our rooms air conditioning did not work and when I tried to reach out to someone at the front desk no one answered. This was very aggravating that I was not able to contact anyone. Needless to say I didn’t sleep that night due to the fact the rooms temperature hit almost 80 even with the windows open.
Like I said in the above comment I didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone. Very frustrating.
