After booking with the non refundable rate I was surprised to get an email from the property owner requesting a $400 damage deposit via e-transfer. There had been no mention of that at all on the booking.com site. Although I understand why, in todays day and age that would be requested I think that should be mentioned up front. What I liked was that in correspondence with the property owner he was quick to reply and understood my surprise but said he wasn’t able to control what booking.com writes. He was then willing to work with me. The apartment itself was very quiet, but there were more marks and scuffs on the walls than expected. That said, I gave it a 10 out of 10 because of the owner himself.
We had our own food. Kitchenette was good
Meeting someone at the entrance would have been better. Getting inside was confusing.
I liked everything about the unit. It was very spacious for the amount we paid.

I did enjoy buying my own groceries to cook and not having to eat out all the time on my travels
Beeping constantly through out my whole stay. It was so annoying. I did email Munir and did not get resolution at all for a fix
Great 2 BR 2 BR Condo. Will stay again when needed. Very Quiet nice Balcony. Ample Parking. Close to Hospital and Safeway Grocery store. Shoppers and other stores near bye.
Was there in the winter. Parking lot was Ice, should be cleaned better. Toaster did not work and Salt and Pepper shakers where empty.

We were 2 couples and found the 2 bed 2 bath was spacious. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen very clean. Munir was great.
Carpets were dirty and there were stains on the couch. No central AC.
