NOT FOR THE WESTERN PEOPLE
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, beaucoup de lumière.
Hôtel excentré, mais proche de centres d’intérêt. (lac )
Personnel d’étage (femme de chambre) amical, le seul

Cons:

SPÉCIAL BOOKING : j’ai pris cette chambre parce que je bénéficiais de 25% de réduction, d’abord pour une nuit.
Le voyage m’a amené à prendre une nuit supplémentaire. Que la seconde nuit, soit facturée à 100% c’est normal, mais que la première le devienne aussi, c’est malhonnête.
Accueil particulièrement austère, suspicieux, à la limite de l’agressivité. Personnel ne répondant pas à vos attentes.
Un frigo en panne, un matelas qui a fait son temps, et un hall d’étage particulièrement bruyant jusqu’à tard dans la nuit.
Mais c’est au petit déjeuner que l’on se rend compte que l’on est pas à sa place, celui-ci est presque totalement dépourvu des standards occidentaux

I found this hotel to be overpriced compared to others in the area, though I booked it in an emergency. My room faced another building so close that I could literally touch it from my window, leaving no opportunity for fresh air to circulate. There was also some water on the floor, which may have contributed to an unpleasant smell in the room. Additionally, an air conditioning unit located between the two buildings kept switching on and off throughout the night, disturbing my sleep. The place is outdated and appears to be neglected. I had another day in Hanoi, I booked elsewhere. I did not take pictures nothing good to share.
