Units feature private bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchens, and cozy living and dining areas. Cable TV, heating, and free parking (subject to availability) are provided. Important information:

The maximum car height for the parking lot is 5.9 feet.

Please note this property pre-authorizes credit cards left on guarantee, this is not a charge/deposit but only a hold or also known as a preauthorization. EXCELENTES LOS ESPACIOS COMUNES, LA PILETA MUY LIMPIA AL IGUAL QUE EL YACUZZI. El servicio de los chicos es excelente, muy amables todos. En todo momento estuvieron en contacto y nos consultaban si hacia falta algo.

The hotel is in the beach front, good towels and well equipped

A bit old for the money they charge, no tea or coffee on the room but you can buy your own one in the reception in a vending machine? The cot they provided for our baby was broken, the receptionist was argumentative rater than helpfully

Amplio departamento y vista excepcional
Pros:

El departamento super cómodo y con una vista excepcional. El segundo cuarto un poco oscuro (da a un pasillo). Muy buen estado de conservacion del edificio, y muy limpio. Hacen el servicio de cuarto todos los días. Tiene pileta con hermosa vista. Buen wifi (lo cual no es menor en los alojamientos de Viña). Muy buena relación precio-calidad.

Cons:

Lo malo es que no aseguran estacionamiento, y las cocheras son un poco incómodas. Incluso, vehículos muy altos puede que no ingresen en algún sector
