Good internet.

Cons:

Dirty bedsheets were not acceptable. My room had no window, and the elevator kept me awake throughout the night. No member of staff could speak adequate English. Hot water was only available on demand.

I won't recommend Fab Hotels
Cons:

We booked hotel well back but we got relocated to hotel grand heritage the hotel images looked ok, but in reality it was not like as it was shown in the images. Also there was a smell in the room which was not comfortable and it felt like a smoking room.

Looks like it was intentionally we were transferred to give business to that hotel by Fab Hotels

This can be a good place to stay in the future if they get the issues (listed below) addressed.
Pros:

1. Very friendly, Excellent staff.
2. Room size is decent.
3. Toilet is clean.
4. Good ambience inside the hotel.

Cons:

1. Location is bad. There are garbage piles just outside the hotel.
2. Cockroach in the room.
3. Geyser did not work. (They opened up another room just to access the shower there).

We had a very pleasant stay and it's good maintained hotel!!. The service is excellent!!!
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. If you like to have something they will arrange it for you. Very helpful people. Even in the middle of the night!! Thank you very much BKC. We will go back next time we are in Kurla.

Cons:

big construction on the mainroad. Will take max. 1 month.
