Shabby not chic.
Pros:

Mara, who welcomed us on arrival, was very helpful and provided a good breakfast tray. Nice view.

Cons:

Parking is a very long way away. Dangerous access steps.Prepayment insisted upon before arrival by a very brusque man on the phone. Bedroom door lock hazard. Broken and very worn tiles. Worn furniture. Towels on floor under leaky windows. Fridge on the floor, connected to a long extension lead. Generally very shabby.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here. Our room was on the top floor with a great view. The bed was comfortable and the room had adequate space. The check in was done by text, with an entry code, which worked well. The breakfast is very good, with a lot of choices. The morning staff person was very friendly. And the hotel is in a good location. We would stay there again.

Cons:

The only thing we did not like was the key to the room. It is old fashioned and we had difficulty with it.

Con mucho encanto.
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. Además como hemos ido en invierno no hemos tenido problemas para aparcar.
Las camas son comodísimas y las vistas desde el balcón impresionantes.
La habitación estaba caldeada al llegar y esto es un gustazo.
Mara, la chica de la limpieza y desayuno súper agradable.

Un piccolo gioiello nel cuore di Valldemossa

Appena si varca la soglia di Ca’s Papà, ci si sente subito a casa. L’ingresso è caldo e accogliente, e trasmette da subito una piacevole sensazione di familiarità.

La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato era confortevole, curata nei dettagli e perfettamente in sintonia con l’atmosfera del centro storico che la circonda. Lo stile è semplice ma elegante, e contribuisce a creare un ambiente rilassante, ideale per godersi appieno la magia di Valldemossa.

Anche la colazione è stata ottima: prodotti freschi, ben presentati e in un ambiente tranquillo e piacevole.

Un soggiorno davvero memorabile — ci torneremmo volentieri!

Manque la climatisation. Le Check in se faisant à distance, il aurait été appréciable de nous rappeler lors de nos échanges par messages que le petit-déjeuner est inclus et que le parking est gratuit

Pros:

Très bel endroit au coeur de la ville de Valdemossa. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Beaucoup de visites à faire autour de la ville ( criques, randonnées). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Charming hotel with modern updates in a historic building right in the heart of Valldemossa.
Pros:

Incredible location, decor, overall atmosphere, and room layout. The bathroom was also clean and modern. We loved the breakfast nook and breakfast.

Cons:

There was some confusion around check-in-- the staff had sent me check-in info via Booking.com only 2 hours prior to check-in and expected me to have it completed. However, I was out sightseeing and hiking all day and had not been checking my phone, nor had a chance to complete this info. I wish the info had been sent further in advance or that in-person check-in was an option. Despite this miscommunication, the staff were very helpful.
