Schönes, kleines Stadthotel. Ideal für eine Übernachtung während der Wanderung auf dem GR221
Pros:

- schön und sehr zentral gelegen
- geschmackvolle Einrichtung

Cons:

- Hotel stellt Kontakt über WhatsApp her, finde ich irreführend, da man immer gewarnt wird die Links in solchen Nachrichten anzuklicken
- Check in Code kam erst abends nach 23 Uhr. Zum Glück hatten wir nachmittags noch eine Angestellte angetroffen und konnten so auch ohne Code ins Hotel.

Pretty and well located
Pros:

Pretty hotel and room, great location, friendly staff and great breakfast

Cons:

Very expensive compared to other places we’ve stayed - also we kept being messaged about virtual check in and payment days beforehand - we thought our account had been hacked - it would be better if we had been told at the time of booking that we would be expected to upload passport documents and pay a few days before arrival - would have saved a lot of confusion

petit déjeuner qui n'est pas comme indiqué par Booking à la carte mais servi individuellement sur un petit plateau en très petite quantité composé de produits industriels sans saveur, deux tranches de pain sans sel un œuf dur cuit la veille avec le jaune tout noir, petite salade de fruits de conserve etc le tout immangeable pour preuve ce matin-là le 30/04/2026 la plupart des clients sont partis sans pratiquement touché au plateau comme nous.

Very pleasant good breakfast Clean

Lovely building right in the centre

Cons:

Sounds trivial but after a long day hiking just wanting to access room we struggled to open door with key only realising that key worked upside down and opposite way As there are no staff to ask it became frustrating having to figure this out for oneself It would be much simpler if key worked in a conventional way

Lovely room, shame about the breakfast and horrible virtual check-in and prepayment system. Ruined our day and stay.
Pros:

Amazing location, room and view! Beautiful building too.

Cons:

Breakfast was not great - really poor coffee, and limited choice. Not what I would expect for the price.

The virtual check-in and prepayment was absolutely horrible. Despite booking.com being recently hacked and safety notices everywhere about never asking for personal details or payment, this hotel still messages on WhatsApp and asks you to make pre-payment and scan your passports. They shouldn’t be allowed to do it. We went through the process relunctantly and they still didn’t give us the door code and approached us on check-out because we ‘hadn’t paid’ - took an hour for them to agree we had. Their sister hotel in Fortnalux was the same. Couldn’t recommend on this basis alone, which is a shame.

Gefallen hat uns das Frühstück, welches zum Großteil auf einem Tablet für jeden Tisch extra angerichtet wurde. Auch dir Dusche war groß und geräumig.

Cons:

Nicht so gut fanden wir das offene Klo (man hat alles gehört, wenn jemand nachts auf das WC musste). Außerdem ging das Schloss der Tür sehr schwer zu und leider war der Frühstücksrauk sehr klein.

Casa antigua con mucho encanto, muy céntrica y personal muy amable. Buen desayuno, servido con cariño.

El sistema de checkin es TOTALMENTE ILEGAL. TE OBLIGAN A MANDAR COPIA DEL DNI Y HACERTE UN SELFIE.INCUMPLE LA LEY DE PROTECCION DE DATOS.. Sólo tienen derecho a que les facilite algunos datos, y si quieren, comprobar que son ciertos enseñándoles mi DNI, pero para nada pueden exigirme una copia, y mucho menos un selfie. UNA VERGÜENZA!!!!Además sólo puedes pagar y hacer checkin con un móbil. Nadie puede atenderte personalmente.
A nivel de estancia añadir que falta mantenimiento, el toallero estaba oxidado, y el suelo de la ducha era de cemento sin ningún tipo de revestimiento higiénico, algunos acabados muy cutres.
Para llegar a la habitación pasamos por la zona de almacenaje, con cajas de botellas de leche, zumos, botes de pintura...No se corresponde con el precio.
