Pros:

Fantastic location, comfortable bed and delicious breakfast.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning and this makes sleeping impossible (even with 2 fans). We resorted to cold showers and sleeping with cold towels instead of usual bedding. I would not recommend staying here in summer.

Nice room, don't pay for the breakfast
Pros:

The room was really nice and had original features the bed was comfortable

Cons:

No air con, no water for guests, told to buy our own, wasp problem outside the main door, the breakfast food was bad, the eggs were grey inside, the bread did not taste fresh, just generally not a good breakfast.

Quarto amplo, com pé direto alto, sanita separada do duche , pressão da água boa , localização boa, bem no meio da vila.

Cons:

Pena não ter ar condicionado somente ventilador e para estacionar tem que tirar o carro às nove da manhã .

Non è un hotel ma un affittacamere; nonostante su Booking ci fosse scritto “paga in struttura” devi pagare prima; non c è aria condizionata; non c è una stanza adibita a bagno (il lavandino è in camera); la colazione inizia alle 8 (ma alle 8 stavano ancora preparando); per arrivare con l’auto si entra nella zona traffico limitato, non mi ha avvisato nessuno. Nice place but only stay here not in Summer
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location and has a lot of charm. Our room had a beautiful large door-style window with a stunning view, and the shower was excellent. The included breakfast was simple but delicious and filling, which was a nice touch.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning completely overshadowed the positives. I’ve been travelling for two months, and the two nights I stayed here were by far the worst sleeps I’ve had. The room was unbearably hot. There were two large fans, but they were only circulating hot air. I ended up sleeping with a wet towel, which would dry out during the night, and I had to get up twice each night just to have a cold shower and cool down.

We also had to leave the window slightly open to try to get some fresh air, but both nights we were woken around 1am by the garbage truck outside. Even at 8am, it was cooler outside than it was inside the room.

If you’re visiting outside of summer, you may have a much better experience, but I personally wouldn’t stay here during the warmer months unless air conditioning is installed.

Struttura affascinante in un contesto stupendo, ma con qualche limite.

Bel lavoro di rinnovamento dell'edificio esistente.
Spazi comuni ben tenuti.
Buona colazione.
Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Accesso complicato, date le scale sia per l'ingresso principale che nell'edificio. Con un passeggino può essere complicato.
Ho avuto qualche difficoltà con il check-in, ma alla fine si è risolto tutto.
Molto rumore di notte per la raccolta rifiuti.

Prachtige, huiselijke plek. Ondanks hitte en weinig slaap met waaier, topplek. Je komt beter buiten hoogseizoen misschie

Ligging is ongelofelijk, prachtig uitzicht, mooie kamer en heerlijk ontbijt. Geweldig bed.

Cons:

Met deze temperaturen is het echt heel warm om te slapen zonder airco. Een grote waaier is voorzien, maar maakt een hels lawaai.

On the positive side, the accommodation is located right in the city center and is easily accessible.
The room is truly beautiful, large, clean, and well-furnished. The bathroom is also spacious. I have absolutely no complaints about the accommodation itself.
The breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

However, I must mention some communication issues. After reserve the dates and completing the online check-in, I received no information regarding entry or keys. When I arrived at the building, I still had no idea how to get inside. No one responded to my messages, and I only managed to get through on the phone after several attempts. It is incredibly frustrating to stand outside a paid accommodation in the evening without any check-in instructions.
Another issue occurred with the room door handle and lock. The lock is definitely faulty; even a gentleman from the next room tried to help me with it. We only managed to unlock the door after several attempts. The entire time, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to lock the room or, conversely, that I would get locked inside. Please, fix this issue.

Our favourite place in Valldemossa! Everything was just perfect - excellent location - central but quiet, comfortable big beds in Mallorcan style, perfectly clean and spacious. When you enter you feel like home. The views are breathtaking ... The staff very caring and lovely. Thank you for the love and energy you put in this place. We will come back for sure <3
