Merveilleux hôtel

L'emplacement, la déco, la vue, les aménagements de la chambre

Cons:

On a eu quelques difficultés de contact à l'arrivée mais qui ont été très vite résolues (retard de Check in du a un problème de serrure). Tout est rentré dans l'ordre et nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueillis

Toller Blick, ursprüngliches Stile

Tolle Lage direkt in der Altstadt mit schönem Blick auf die Stadt/ Umgebung, sehr rustikales Zimmer mit altem Stile, schon besonders, Frühstück ganz ok,

Cons:

Das Zimmer war mit Insektengift behandelt, man konnte kaum atmen u trotz Durchlüften wurde es nicht besser. Kann man so nicht anbieten. Wir konnten nach Reklamation das Zimmer wechseln, insofern noch ok. Man hatte ein Hack Problem, wollte aber Online Incheck u Bezahlung sehr unüblicherweise vorab über andere Seite abwickeln, weil vor Ort eigentlich kein direkter Ansprechpartner. Kommunikation per WhatsApp u mit Personal ging dann aber doch ganz gut. Parken etwas schwierig dort, ging aber mit 5€ Ticket von Vermieter schließlich auch. Aber die ganze Aufregung und der Preis schmälern den Genuss ungemein

Schönes Hotel mit toller Lage!

Seh schöne Zimmer, und die Lage war perfekt!

Cons:

Das Schloss der Zimmertür war wirklich sehr schwer zu öffnen mit dem vorhandenen Schlüssel. Finde es schwierig, dass man keine neueren Schlösser einbaut, damit die Tür auch in einer hektischen Situation bei Feuer o.ä. Schnell zu öffnen wäre.
