bei der Reservierung zum Geburtstag meiner Frau hat es im Restaurant Abstimmungsprobleme gegeben
Golfbane lige ved døren. Priser er meget gunstige på mad og drikkevarer efter europæiske forhold.
Nedslidt poolområde med meget få og dårlige liggestole uden madrasser. Især det udendørs poolområde er misholdt

The staff was exceptionally good.
Rooms were great, in terms of cleanliness.
The yard was terrible compared to the rooms and restaurant. Balconies left with dry leaves, shrubs not tended.
The fridge was off and unclear where to turn it on.

Very friendly and helpful staff, dinner at the Balata was phenomenal
TV wasn't working on arrival, had to get the maintenance guy to come sort it out, basins weren't draining properly.
Staff is friendly, comfortable rooms
The showers need to be upgraded please we have been regular guests for many years. The fact that there is no room service is inconvenient as we are sometimes very tired and dont always want to go to the restaurant or golf club.
The restaurant also needs a serious revamp, we always presented with the same menu. Breakfast was also not great food was cold, the pork sausage was hard as was the bacon not pleasant at all.

location is great..friendly staff...just a lot of noice between midnight and 3am..could barely sleep due to noise
