Great little boutique hotel in heart of La Punta
Pros:

Nice clean well-kept property! Great location, about 3 blocks off main strip, a few excellent restaurants and coffee shops close by! Super friendly staff!

Great location in a very clean hotel in La Punta.
Pros:

Location could not have been better in La Punta. The hotel was located down a quiet road away from the noise of La Punta, but easily accessible to the town. Hotel is nice and clean and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

There are a couple of small neighborhood dogs that would bark and sometimes try to nip at me as I walked to the hotel. On the last day, there was no hot water. I mentioned it to the staff, but it was not fixed by the time I checked out.

Pros:

La cama estaba bien, el baño, limpieza, agua caliente…

Cons:

El llegar al hotel con coche o moto está complicado, las fotos que exponen no son las de las habitaciones que luego te dan, no incluyo el desayuno que decían que daban, y lo peor creo que es el ruido que se escucha desde la habitación.

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room. Great to have a pool

Would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room and maybe different pillows but that could be personal preference

Not what we expected .... in a number of ways.
Pros:

Room was as expected per the pictures and furnishings were nice. It is four blocks to beach without all the noise. Easy walk to lots of restaurants and good taxi stand.

Cons:

The beds were ridiculously poor quality and made terrible noises each time you moved. No over cover; just a light sheet .
NO WATER PRESSURE at all in shower.
The area is run down and street is very poorly lit at night which only added to our insecurity to go out after dark.

It is a great option, really close the the beach! I would come back again
Pros:

The location was perfect, it is a couple of blocks away from the beach, restaurants and bars. The roads are not in the best conditions, but even in rainy weather you can walk from/to the hotel in flipflops
