Замечательный и чистый отель с хорошими завтраками , спа зоной и свежим воздухом
Pros:

Чистота , спа зона - хороший хамам , прекрасные завтраки .

Cons:

Завтраки до 10 в будние дни , обычно все отели до 11.00 предоставляют завтраки .
Не критично, но для сервиса на мой взгляд лучше.

Отреагировали положительно насчет завтраков .

Cons:

Завтраки надо улучшать в целом . Улучшили на второй день после моего замечания и это хотя бы радует.
Суб’ективно для меня- очень маленький номер стандарт , матрацы неудобные и низкие потолки. Хотели перетерпеть из за удобной для нас локации , но не смогли и сменили все же на другой отель.

Cons:

Uncontrolled noise in the hotel and hallways at night, and a lack of security cameras and a security system in general. Unscreened “visitors” who come to see hotel guests at night time. We couldn't sleep all night; they don't respond to our complaints and don't even monitor the situation via the security cameras. Then the receptionist said that it turned out some acquaintances had come to visit the “guests “. It was impossible to visit the spa because it was overcrowded and there wasn’t even any staff on site, let alone lifeguards.

Gutes Spa Hotel - Empfehlenswert !
Pros:

Mir hat gefallen das man auch ohne Reservierung kurzfristig ein Zimmer bekommen hat.

Cons:

Dass es keine Rampe gibt, sondern nur Treppen steigen muss, um sein Gepäck ins Hotel zu bringen. Erst nach Nachfrage bemühte sich eine Page unser Gepäck die Treppen hoch zu tragen.
