Pros:

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Lake View Hotel. The hotel has a great location with a beautiful view of Hoan Kiem Lake, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent.

I would especially like to thank Mr. Kent, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. He was always willing to assist me whenever I needed help, and his warm hospitality made me feel very welcome.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Lake View Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake view and excellent service. I will definitely come back on my next visit to Hanoi!
