Pros:

The hotel was perfect for a short stay, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was lovely and the location is excellent. Would love to come again some time.

Value for money, comfortable and excellent breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel was extremely well placed for our visit to London. It was close to the underground station and also Queens Tennis Club where we were going. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t available. The room had everything required. It was clean, well equipped, and the heating or in our case air conditioning was perfect. The breakfast was really good and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. All in all a most comfortable London stay.

Cons:

If there was one thing that I mentioned to my husband during our stay, it was that the room was not cleaned during our stay, however we only stayed two nights so that was the only problem and even that was no great thing.

we visited some of the coolest places and returned to comfortable room for a good night sleep
Pros:

I found the Staff were very engaged and welcoming, We didn't have breakfast, but location was easy accessible with 2 tube stations within walking distance,

Cons:

I have no Complaints and will be staying there again an will be returning.

Excellente surprise, je pense réserver de nouveau lors d'un prochain séjour
Pros:

J'ai réservé une nuit au dernier moment pour dépanner. Je dois admettre que j'ai été agréablement surpris (j'ai été surclassé vers une chambre double, peut-être que ça joue). Le quartier est résidentiel et plutôt calme (j'y vivait il y a 10 ans), mais proche du centre et bien desservi (arrêt de métro West Kensington à moins de 5 min à bus, nombreux bus sur Kensington High Street. La chambre était propre, bien équipée, avec une fenêtre avec vue sur la rue. Le personnel est sympathique.

Friendly and well situated hotel
Pros:

Good location. The staff were very friendly. offered a choice of rooms as there is no lift in case we didn't want to climb stairs. I was allowed to extend my check out time by half an hour which was a big help. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was super clean.

Cons:

It was hot and stuffy in the room and very cramped. The. air con not working and opening the window didn't make much difference The sheet had a large (tea??) stain. The tea coffee/kettle situation was not very appealing. I was told I could drink the tap water in the room. The mixer tap was loose and the cold not particularly cold.

Pros:

Great location and the breakfast value was totally fine

Cons:

The rooms are in very poor condition. I had 2 rooms and non of the doors of the bathroom were functional. The carpet was totally wet and there were no enough space
