We booked a luxury double queen size bed room. My girlfriend arrived early in the morning to that hotel. She was met by the lady who told her to move in to the room that was a standard room with a bed with no bed sheets, no towels, and dirty bathroom. I requested a full refund from Orbitz. Next day The manager contacted me and tried to tell me that for the room where my girlfriend stayed we should pay a full price. I told her that we will not do that, and she started to send all type of unpleasant messages. It got to a point where I had to block the contact in the whatsapp.
