Le personnel était très agréable et même s’il faisait froid , le Rooftop était agréable

Bonjour, le petit-déjeuner était inclus dans ma réservation. Cependant, pendant mon séjour, il ne m’a jamais été proposé et personne ne m’a informée à ce sujet. Je n’ai donc pas pu bénéficier d’un service qui était pourtant compris dans le prix de ma réservation.
Location is just perfect! Was there on Business - and felt the advantages to go in and out of the City.
Food was very nice. - and upstairs rooftop bar/resto was very pleasant.

Little expensive when you have to pay for the food. The WIFI did not worked probably and the room I was sleeping in needs a new furnishing.

Poor staffing (waiting for 10 minutes to have someone to talk at the frontline by desk); dirty bathtubs; waiting for 5 minutes to get warm water; a few times power outage; free breakfast on Booking site but the hotel charged us for breakfast, noisy until 2:00 pm because there is a kind of show every night etc….
