Pros:

レミューズパークに行くのに、ツアーで高いお金を払いたくなかったので、フロントの人に「誰か1日私達の観光に付き合うアルバイトを紹介して！」と頼んで、個人のブログとかだと「危険だから乗らない方がいい」とか書いてある市民が乗っているバスを利用する事が出来た。
朝食のレストランは屋上にあって、景色もよく明るくて気持ちが良い上に、女の子も可愛い。

Cons:

部屋まで階段だった事ですが、チェックインの時もチェックアウトの時も、スタッフが荷物を運んでくれました。

Moi personnellement pour le prix c'était convenable
Pour les personnes qui détestent les nuisances sonores ça doit poser problème
Moi au 3ème étage ça allait encore
Un moment j'étais au 1ère étape impossible de dormir avec la musique des soirées animées ou le casino

Personnel très gentil mais organisation à revoir absolument

Personnel extrêmement aimable et serviable.

Cons:

En revanche, organisation décevante : les chambres réservées ne correspondaient pas à la réalité, le service du restaurant a généré de fréquents oublis de commande, outre le temps incroyable d'attente.
Lorsque nous avons demandé un dédommagement suite à ces erreurs de réservation générées par l'hôtel lui-même,il nous a été répondu qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire puisque nous avions réservé par Booking. Or, le paiement par CB via booking n'était pas possible et nous avons dû payer en ariarys dès notre arrivée.
Seul hôtel nous ayant autant déçu durant nos deux semaines à travers Madagascar.
C'est dommage car la gentillesse du personnel et la localisation de l'hôtel sont de sérieux atouts.

Très bon séjour. Les responsables de cet établissement et le personnel sont à l'écoute. C'est super.
Pros:

L'accueil par le personnel dès notre arrivée à l'aéroport.
Le personnel est très sympathique, j'ai adoré leur gentillesse.
Les repas étaient très bons. La proximité du centre ville est appréciable.
L'établissement en lui même a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon moment.

Cons:

Il faudrait prévoir quelques travaux dans les chambres et en particulier le sol qui commence a être un peu vétuste.
Mais à par cela rien de plus.
