There was water, but it can't be adjusted. It was very
cold in the morning and very hot in the afternoon. PowerPoint did not work as the sockets were loose.
The morning staff member who had to call us a Taxi at 4.45am did not want to wake up from the Couch. He turned the lights off again after I turned them on to help him wake up.
We do not recommend this place even for only one night.
The location is within walking distance to the city centre. Our guided tour departs from this location so we were happy that our bookings were confirmed
Our bookings were not honoured. We booked 3 small rooms but when we arrived, there were only 2 large rooms available and the room rates were higher. We had to take the rooms because it was too late to look for accommodations at 8pm. The rooms were in very poor condition. We are definitely not coming back there. The hotel marked our bookings as not showing up. That is beyond deceitful!!! Do not risk! This hotel might ruin your holiday!
Very basic accomodation, furniture and decor tatty and basic. No recrption on TV, cleaner does not clean room daily. However, still very good value for money I paid, great location and most important, very quiet, and able to get a good nights sleep. Very good if you are on a budget.

We had to be moved rooms because of the state of our first one. Absolutely vile, public bathroom state of dirty. Hairs and spit stains in the sink, pee in the toilet. We even had someone’s clothes hanging in the shower. The room was as if it had been lived in and not cleaned for a long time. Our second room was just as bad…

-The workers would sleep on the seating in reception, you would walk past and nothing would wake them

-Couldn’t use our wardrobe as there was a couch in front of it blocking the doors, if we moved the couch it would block the front door
