Confusing branding and significant price discrepancies

I booked a stay at Levni Hotel & Spa through Booking.com, only to discover later that the property operates under split branding, confusing potential guests between "Levni Hotel & Spa" and "Levni Hotel Handwritten." The rates listed on the Accor app were significantly higher than those on Booking.com for what appears to be the same property. As a gold member I reached out to Accor to resolve this price difference, but they were unable to assist. Potential guests should be aware that these two bookings may not offer the same value or loyalty benefits, and the price discrepancy between platforms is frustrating

Other things to consider is that the hotel charges extra to use their amenities. Sauna and Hamam cost an extra 12EUR per person to use. Pool you should have a pool cap. Quality of room is lower if you book on bookings.com

اختياري الاول في اسطنبول .. تجربتي للمره الثانيه الجناح إطلالة خرافيه
اشكر الجميع وبالاخص ( أحمد ) على حسن الاستقبال والضيافه
موقع جنب محطة مترو تقريبا 10 دقايق مشي لساحة ايآ صوفيا وكمان لموقع الترام وكل الخدمات حولك مطاعم وبقالات وملابس .. الصراحة للأشخاص اللي ماعندهم مشاكل صحيه انصح فيه.

مايناسب الناس اللي تتعب في المشي المنطقه مرتفعه في سركيجي .. بس المكان

A relaxing seaside stay with great breakfasts and a fantastic location.
Pros:

The location is excellent, right on the seafront promenade and within walking distance of Sliema’s main attractions. The area is quiet, and rooms with a direct sea view offer beautiful scenery. Breakfast was generous, delicious, and varied, while the cosy bar overlooking the sea was a perfect place to relax. The rooftop pool is small but a nice addition.

Cons:

The spa area, including the sauna and jacuzzi, could use some improvement. The space is quite small and requires more consistent maintenance to ensure the water and sauna remain at the proper temperature.

Good location, friendly reception staff, and a nice breakfast with a pleasant breakfast area.

Cons:

The room was extremely small and uncomfortable, with the sink placed directly next to the bed. I was also disappointed by inconsistent pricing in the hotel and unclear information regarding sauna access.

Angenehm, komfortabel, ausgezeichnetes Personal und gute Lage
Pros:

Nettes, hilfsbereites und professionelles Personal! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Julia, Jasmin und das gesamte Restaurantteam. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und abwechslungsreich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch die Lage des Hotels, das nur wenige hundert Meter von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt Istanbuls entfernt liegt.

Cons:

Es gab nichts an dem Hotel, was mir nicht gefallen hat.

Good location, enjoyable 3 night stay
Pros:

Great location in historic old city - right outside Marmaray station and walking distance to Sirkeci tram station. Go and have a coffee at Cafe Sabor nearby! Friendly, helpful staff - offered a breakfast box to take when we had to leave before breakfast. Lovely large room and bathroom, comfy chairs to enjoy view out to harbour. Enjoyed a massage at spa and swim in inside pool

Cons:

Bath/shower wouldn't drain as plug stuck
