Very good.
Pros:

Staff were excellent. So very helpful and charming, made us extremely welcome.
Hotel was in a perfect location, easy to walk to historic centre and generally well located for transport/restaurants etc.
Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Hotel felt a little tired in places. Lacked communal relaxation area. Not as luxurious as we were expecting for the rating.

Отличный отель в исторической части города , рядом с транспортом и основными достопримечательностями
Pros:

Расположение отличное - все виды транспорта в 7 минутах ходьбы , относительно большой номер , джакузи в номере , вкусный ресторан и кофейня на первом этаже , рум сервис круглосуточно , в номере был виден Босфор и Айя София , персонал говорит на Английском

Cons:

Слабое место - СПА - маленький холодный бассейн, всего 6 лежаков на весь отель, хамам отдельно за плату , нужны шапочки , хотя непонятно зачем , тк сидеть в холодном бассейне не имеет никакого смысла , всего один туалет и душ, раздевалки не нашли, куда девать свои вещи непонятно , тк даже крючков в зале нет , чтобы халаты повесить

Уборка - нормальная, но все время забирают халаты и не возвращают, в последний день ещё и доп подушки утащили зачем-то, вообщем без проблем возвращают , но по звонку

Но это всё мелочи , отель рекомендую

Great location with helpful staff.
Pros:

The staff expecially the concierge Ahmad was super helpful always providing us great restaurant choices. The breakfast was great. Location was perfect for walking to all the major sites.
I highly recommend the hamam. Joanna provided and excellent body scrub and massage -one of the best I've ever had.
