Очень внимательный персонал, готовы всегда объяснить, показать дорогу, дать ответ на любые вопросы. Кроме того в отеле мне пошли навстречу и обеспечили ранний заезд для моей семьи и поздний выезд, за что я бесконечно благодарна. Завтрак приемлемый, хотя симиты на улице гораздо вкуснее. Приличный кофе за дополнительную плату.
Я бронировала двухкомнатный семейный номер. По факту это оказалось два стандартных номера, соединенных дверью, которую видимо в обычное время запирают на ключ. Один номер был чуть меньше другого. Разочаровал вид - фото на сайте обещали вид на море, нам его не предложили. Главный минус - это спа-зона с бассейном, хамамом и сауной. Они были всегда абсолютно холодные. Когда мы пришли вечером, нам пришлось просить подогреть сауну и только при нас ее включили и она еще долго грелась. В хамаме стужа. Когда мы пришли утром - хамам и сауну просто не включали. Кроме того, при бронировании пишут, что всё это включено - но когда ты приходишь, тебе сообщают, что включен только крошечный ледяной бассейн, а за холодный хамам и сауну нужно доплатить 12 евро за человека. Я специально выбирала отель с этой опцией, потому что ехала в Стамбул в холодное время, и была сильно разочарована.
Great location in the heart of the old town and close to a great street of restaurants. Really friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The spa was lovely too!
Large room and great location for within walking distance of the key sights and tourist spots.
The reception area felt old fashioned and dated.

You should always check everything and ask twice at list for everything, that’s resorceful if you expect some kind of chilling experience.
1 hour and 3 reminders to bring water into the room.
3 reminders to bring robes which supposed to be in the room-number.
The room was without a bathrub as it was supposed to be based on photo.
WiFi in rooms doesn’t work on mobile phones.
TV was not working.
The sauna was cold had to ask them twice per hour to do something with it (they had just to enable it, assume that was just for cost saving reason )
Mold in a fridge, minibar is empty.
the efficiency and friendliness of the entire staff, especially concierge Ahmad. Great breakfast with lots of variety. Top location, walking distance from all sightseeing, restaurants, shops, lots to do. We had a very nice room with lovely views.

The view of the room it was not so great, but it was ok.
Heating didn’t work, was too hot and we couldn’t lower down! Toilet was behind bathroom door and was difficult to get there! Spa it’s very small and in shower was cold water ! Breakfast was very good only serving stuff was very lazy for serving coffee
