Cons:

Contact opgenomen met het hotel om de vraag voor ondersteuning voor het verzetten. In de chat werd er gezegd dat dat via de app moest. Wanneer ik aangaf ik het via hun wilde doen is er niet meer op gereageerd. Als een klant voor hulp vraagt kan je op ze minst helpen... En reageren.
Verder veel vlekken op de bank, bed en muur. Ook op de stoelen in de gang. Koffie apparaat in de lobbie werkt niet. Je word geforceerd om te betalen voor ecologische koffie met honing....
Het is erg gehorig.

Good place to stay.
Pros:

Location and building is good. Though I was there only to sleep. Rest of the time I was away from the location.

Cons:

Shower hood in the bathroom was not staying at one position (good position) to bath. It was always falling down means water jet was more pointing towards the wall rather than in the middle of bath room (bathing place).

Cons:

No contestan al teléfono y cuando se lo dices les da igual. No había agua caliente y al comentarlo empezaron a reírse..... Definitivamente el personal no tiene ningún conocimiento de trato con el cliente

En general me gusta todo, ubicación, buen descanso, muy limpio y el personal muy amable. Siempre que vamos a Madrid nos hospedamos en Be Casa de San Sebastián de los Reyes

Cons:

Sólo cómo sugerencia, estaría bien un paño de cocina en cada estudio o apartamento y una revisión de los pulsadores de jabón.

The location was great. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

The water temperature in the shower is terrible. It would not hold a steady temperature. I submitted a maintenance request and they responded but the problem did not go away.

La atención del personal, su ubicacion.
Echo en falta un pequeño cubo y fregó a, pues en una estancia de seis días, se hace necesaria una limpieza.

Cons:

Que no se disponga en la habitación de una almohada más, al igual que un adredon más grueso en invierno. En mi última estancia de seis días en Navidad, pasamos frío. Tuve que pedir edredón más, pues era muy finito el que había puesto.
