Pros:

Habitación independiente y muchos baños. Cocina limpia con suficientes utensilios. Bien ubicado para coger transporte público. Habitación càlida.

Cons:

Poca insonorización (se oía todo de la otra gente que estaba en otra habitación y de la calle).
Para las condiciones del alojamiento, era caro.

Accessibility it’s no good for anybody in a wheelchair, too many steps I have a visual impairment I was on the second floor, couldn’t get out of the building the lock came off in my end

Pros:

Comfy bed. Room had an electric heater which was needed.

Cons:

Poor sleep due to noise from road - fart cannons racing until 2 in the morning. Not owners fault but double glazing could have been better.

Three bathrooms and only one with a working lock.

Steep stairs on entry with no handrail.

Pros:

The room was clean and a good price when everyone else had bumped the cost up due to oasis playing.

Cons:

The apartment was very difficult to find. It isn't advertised from the building at all and is pretty hidden.

Pros:

I've stayed a few times at sama's i always have a great stay and it's good location for me for shopping and food restaurants and will be back hopefully for December

Cons:

Can't come plain great place and easy to get to by bus but on Friday and Saturdays after 6 the buses turn left for a reroot but it's only 15 minute walk

Pros:

It was clean and the other guests were pleasant. Communication with the host was good.

Cons:

Cars wre doing burnouts outside the window from 9pm-3am. I brought earplugs but they wern't strong enough. Not sure if this happens every Saturday night.
I got trapped in the toilet as there was no door handle on the inside. I had to shout for attention to get out.

Be careful when parking we parked on a back road with no yellow lines and got 2 parking tickets as apparently it was pay & display but we didn’t see any signs telling us this, no fault of the hotel.

Clean, comfy, no frills accommodation - value for money
Pros:

Value for money with only a 20min bus ride to town. Right in the middle of the curry mile hence plenty of food options. Large lounge area and fully equipped kitchen. The place was really clean and well maintained. Although the bathroom was not an ensuite, they were 3 of them hence did not have a problem of having to wait.

Cons:

Rooms were smallish but forgiven for the price in Manchester where prices are ridiculous. The hot water in the shower was abit unpredictable - too hot and too cold at times.
